Last 2 years Iβve tried every single diet plan going. Slimming world etc even fasting nothing worked all that happened was I would stick to it and yo-yo in weight two weeks ago I started the Cambridge plan I started at 15st 11lb and two weeks in Iβm down to 14st 3lb itβs been brilliant itβs easy and fits in with my day to day lifestyle.
