Without a deposit, appointments are provisionally allocated for 24 hours. After that period, a paying client may be given priority to book out the provisional slot.
CANCELLATIONS: We understand that sometimes a client may not be able to attend an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In this situation, please contact us via the phone (07955 937764) text or Facebook messenger. If there's no response when calling, please leave a clear voicemail with your name, telephone number, and date and time of appointment. Alternatively contact us via our Facebook business page. It is your duty to let us know if you cannot make an appointment. The studio is fantastic, I walked in and was made to feel so welcome, everyone was sat chatting and a few ladies that were sat having their make up done were being transformed before my eyes! I have never been somewhere where I knew no one but felt like I knew everyone a really relaxed atmosphere. The attention to detail Keelie put into my make up was amazing, it didn't feel heavy, and the style and colours she chose for me suited my function and my outfit superbly. A very professional team, great atmosphere, and make you feel beautiful. Honestly!!

I will definitely be returning, and even contemplating my weekly shop at Asda to be an occasion to have my make up done!

Abid talked me through all the techniques used to create two dramatic eye pieces ( of course with glitter) and he's an absolute gem! Thank you again for making me and my friend really welcome and teaching me all I need to know - what I learnt - diffuse !!! The V and the backwards C - I know only Abid will understand what I meant by that - but if you booked in for a masterclass session with him you'd definitely understand! Il be back for sure ��� xxxxx

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION (For all bookings made after 01/06/16):.
We are focused and determined on delivering an experience thats fair and reliable for ALL our customers, and would like to alleviate any disruption caused by unreliable clients that can affect genuine people who would like to book our services. We’d like to share the following booking information and guidelines.
MAKING A BOOKING: ... To book an appointment, please provide the desired date and time you wish to book, and supply a name and valid telephone number. The client should not assume that a booking has been secured upon submission of a booking request. A provisional booking will become a confirmed booking ONLY upon receipt of a non refundable £15 deposit.
Without a deposit, appointments are provisionally allocated for 24 hours. After that period, a paying client may be given priority to book out the provisional slot.
CANCELLATIONS: We understand that sometimes a client may not be able to attend an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In this situation, please contact us via the phone (07955 937764) text or Facebook messenger. If there's no response when calling, please leave a clear voicemail with your name, telephone number, and date and time of appointment. Alternatively contact us via our Facebook business page. It is your duty to let us know if you cannot make an appointment. If an appointment is missed (or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice of the appointment), Abzolute Artistry Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse future bookings.
All deposits are non refundable.
If you do not attend your appointment without prior communication, you may be charged fully for the missed appointment.
ON THE DAY: Please attempt to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes after the allocated time slot may be refused service. Any later than 30 minutes will be charged fully. We cannot jeopardise or cause disruption to any following clients.
FULFILLING OUR OBLIGATIONS: In the extremely rare and unfortunate event (such as illness) where we cannot fulfil our obligations, we will contact all affected clients and attempt to book the client with another one of our artists, otherwise we will refund all payments taken for the booked service within 48-72 hours of the appointment.

What can I say? Abid is absolutely fabulous and I made the right decision choosing him to create my look for my wedding in October! Abid spent so much time with my sister analysing areas she needs work on, sharing his expertise & covering different looks that my sister wanted. I was very nervous about having my make up done by someone else as I think it's a very personal thing. I booked in with Leah for xmas eve, and I've never looked back, I call every time I'm going out! Always very professional atmosphere, beautiful studio and very friendly. Leah always has amazing new ideas every time, that are tailored to how I like. Wouldn't go anywhere else and defiantly recommend to others!

I honestly can’t thank Abs enough for my absolutely amazing make up! I’m normally such a plain Jane when it comes to make up. I have been friends with Keelie ( one of the make up artists) for a number of years now and have never really had an occasion to have her do my make up until recently. Keelie booked me into see her at the studio, where I have to admit I was a little apprehensive as all I could associate it to be like was the make up counters in your big department stores! Which really intimidate me!

How wrong could I have been!

The studio is fantastic, I walked in and was made to feel so welcome, everyone was sat chatting and a few ladies that were sat having their make up done were being transformed before my eyes! I have never been somewhere where I knew no one but felt like I knew everyone a really relaxed atmosphere. The attention to detail Keelie put into my make up was amazing, it didn't feel heavy, and the style and colours she chose for me suited my function and my outfit superbly. A very professional team, great atmosphere, and make you feel beautiful. Honestly!!

I will definitely be returning, and even contemplating my weekly shop at Asda to be an occasion to have my make up done!

Absolutely amazing lady!! From start to finish and always has a laugh feels like I've know her years... Never had my make up done before because I wear very little of it. Let me tell you keelie came and did my trial for my hen do and my wedding yesterday...she really knows her stuff and so professional. Took one look at my face and new what would suit me and my face shape. Never knew what I wanted so let her just work her magic and I just loved it.... uses great products and not once has it gave me spots it lasts all night!
