I love the Acca, music is ace and good atmosphere and I have been coming here for years, however I think you need to train some but not all of the bar staff some customer service skills, one of the barmaids attitude stinks, face miserable as sin, a smile and a better attitude would go down a treat love!!! Puts you off going when people like that are going to be serving you drinks!!!

Always great door staff bar staff and great fun djs great too drinks real and cheapest around any age group welcome birthdays etc I'd recommend it to anyone

Club set out weirdly. Was decent price and good music, however the bouncers are too strict considering most people who go in are already pissed...

‪I have to say that I am appalled at the way the bouncers treated my daughters boyfriend after he collapsed in the toilets. They dragged him out like a rag doll by his arms and threw him out of a side door down some concrete streps and as a result of this he is now covered in cuts and bruises with a ripped top and was taken to hospital I thought as a bouncer they would have a duty of care and treat all your customers with respect. Remember these people pay your wages. You should be ashamed of yourselves.‬

Your “security” is a pure joke. I bet you hear that a lot selling knock off alcohol at 75p a go but from a guy who’s on antibiotics and sober last night i could see clear as day what scumbags they are. Lord knows how you’ve been open so many years with twats like that working there.

Would be a great, cheesy, cheap night out if it wasn’t for the bouncers simply deciding against someone and assaulting them. Really think you need to reconsider your staff! Disgusting....

Unless you want to be assaulted by doormen for nothing then give this place a wide berth.

The bouncers here are absolutely disgusting attitudes towards members of public, overly handy, rude, arrogant and bullying behaviour. Mortified at watching how they reacted and behaved towards people. Even to approach and ask a simple question was met with ignorance and condescending attitudes.... really want to work on your staff training...... shameful

Wouldn’t let a friend in because his top was “sports wear” but they let the same brand of trainers acceptable to wear. Then think they can stand and tell a group of 5 to spend a little bit of money on our wardrobes and buy clothes like “Vivienne Westwood” ���������And to add they don’t let tramps in.

Nothing but arrogant, nasty, rude people. And to think they are there to care for people.

Pissed the hell off wait a hour to see Katy price well worth it not saying it wasn’t but then one step on the dance Floor with my drink by accident and gripped up by a bouncer for taking the piss as he says how was that taking the piss I apologised but he wouldn’t listen to a think I would say would mind but I was no way drunk or even up

Minimum wage so kids had to walk home quite distances over the Christmas period not a safe place at all

My friend was accused of an incident by being coenered by the bouncers. Next thing we went to the toilets and 3 bouncers plus management had got them in a chokehold and dragged them into the fire escape and started to assault them. Split lip and concussion. Didnt even resist to the bouncers. Tried to sort the situation for me and my friends to be threatened and followed out by bouncers! Fucking steroid junkies

Honestly not impressed at all. Thought it would be nice to take my gran here, you know help her feel young again, what do you know the fucking bouncers get on her side, turn her against me and she helps them throw me down the fucking stairs. Now I’m out of her will and will be 5k out of pocket because of it and my dog is sad.

First time I have ever experienced such shocking door service. A guy tried to come into the Acapulco big was turned away and was started on by a cocky bouncer so I get my phone out and make it known that I wa going to record what was happening. By this point I had a cigarette thrown st me by another bouncer.... absolutely disgusting behaviour

Door staff are fucking pumped up steroid freaks triangle chocked my nephew from behind then "he fell down the stairs" dislocating his shoulder in the prosess. We have the pictures of the staff in question and police are involved, and i suggest the club vet these dickheads properly and get them to retrain. Will never go to this club again. Fucking jokes the lot of u

Don’t think it’s suitable Acca bouncers thinking they can grab my mate by the throat and strangle him for putting his arm out and saying excuse me, then when my sister and my friend try get him off and get pushed and kicked out!!! To the point where my sister is in tears. Absolutely FUMING.. Acca bouncers think they can do what the hell they want but they need bloody sorting out�

Been a few times and never had any trouble everyone always seems to be just having a good time. Last night was a joke quarter to midnight and your roided/ coked up bouncers decided to attack someone who didn’t do anything wrong, didn’t even resist in the slightest when they dragged him off twice. Made up some bullshit excuse as to why they did it when the truth is the wanted a fight and just picked him. Lad had to go to hospital for stitches in his lip because of these fucking pricks and head door man Danny wouldn’t even get involved or do anything about it. Meant to be head of security but let your staff jump people and just tell other people your not getting involved when that’s your fucking job! Ruined a really good night for a bunch of people who weren’t out for any trouble. Judging on the other reviews aswell I can’t believe they get away with this shit all the time .
