Active Angels •Children & Family Well-Being• Description
The Active Angels programme is for children aged 12 month to10years. We offer a curriculum based exercise programme that links to the Early Years Foundation Stage. Teaching children the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle, creating positive habits at an early age. This is done through weekly fun filled exercise session that also involves short discussions about our bodies and the importance of exercise and eating healthily.
