This place has everything, form 2 x pools, gym, sports hall, squash courts, a dedicated spinning room.

There is also a café serving hot and cold food and drinks.

The facilities are clean.

There is also free WiFi.

Staff in gym are amazing so friendly and so helpful and today there's nothing better than one of the staff saying how well I'm doing made my day

Really enjoy the Zumbathon on Sunday. Thanks to all 3 instructors for giving their time for free. Thanks to everyone who attended. It was great to catch up with so many old friends, and make new ones. Can't wait for our next wiggle.

New gym member only attended a few classes this week but really enjoy them the instructors really push you to your limit and I'm feeling the benefit every day in different parts of my body. The girls in the creche are really lovely and great with my little girl great place to work out and feel at ease knowing your child is being cared for would highly recommend this place.

My first ever spin class today, taken by Dan.... really enjoyed it as it had every aspect of fitness in there and I would well recommend it!

I'm a pensioner and I enjoyed a nice relaxing quiet swim yesterday, I hadn't been for ages but I found it helped with my well being and it as given me a boost to carry on

I enjoy coming here love the crèche. Staff are lovely with my little boy. Enjoy the classes and little Ducklings.

Had my son's Wet and Wild birthday party here yesterday - the poolside staff were great, involving the kids in fun games and the cafe staff were also really helpful. The food was lovely and staff were happy to help out with organising. The kids all had a great time, would definitely recommend!

Fantastic place! Pool, thermal suite, great selection of classes and inspiring PT sessions! Makes exercise fun and gives the opportunity to meet like-minded people. I've just completed my first Rough Runner as part of the Active Team! (Something I never thought I'd do!) I was invited along as I attend the Strength and Conditioning class regularly, the invitation was open to all and really motivated me to meet my fitness targets! Great day, fantastic team and so inspiring! <3

A real hidden gem so don’t come here! Only joking, great value, every single individual really friendly and helpful (not the usual grumpy cafe staff with faces like smacked a**** I can tell you!) Clean, tidy, everyone always looks busy and amazing value for money (great food too).

3 days a week in the gym and love it but steam room can be a bit unpredictable

Love This Gym. Such friendly Staff. Only thing would want improving Is the choice to have a cold shower. After an hr and a half work out I don't want a hot shower.....cold would be great.

Other Then That It's Fab. Lots of equipment and help on hand should you need it

Good gym and the staff are great. Only downside is the amount of OAP's that sit on the machines chatting for 15mins at a time. It's great that the are going but when they are blocking 4 machines for a chat is frustrating.

Went Monday morning 10-11am. There were too many people in the pool with children and toddles taking up the first Kane.

Why??? The other pool was not used at all and rarely is from what I've seen.

Rude receptionist, didn't Evan get in the pool in the due to some confusion about swimming sessions. Will never return after an hours drive to be greeted like an unwanted visitor.
