Just spoken with a Client who wishes to remortgage from a high street Lender, who is charging them 1% above the SVR so 5.24%, wishes to consolidate, saving them £462pcm equating to over £27K 👍

‪The most rewarding part of the job is when a Client you advised 2 years ago who needed to remortgage away from N.Rock and a high SVR, to a Specialist Lender with the plan to get them back to High Street due to a small credit blip & you save them £7,260 @ £121pcm 💃🏽💪🏽‬
