Some dreamy handstand goals going on at the studio after classes last night. No matter what your goal, keep practising and it will happen eventually 💕 ✨

Started my pole journey in April. Wanted to get fit but I hated exercise. Aerial Empire changed all that I’m addicted now, I absolutely love it here and also now go to the gym and have a trainer to help me so I can do more on the pole. It’s a fantastic studio with awesome instructors. Definitely recommend Aerial Empire, I’d be there everyday if I could. xx

I was looking for a pole studio in Leeds after starting pole fitness at uni, and since trying this one first I’ve been going every week since! Emily is so friendly, so helpful and always pushes/challenges us so that we are constantly learning new tricks and combos. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a challenge whether you’ve tried it before or not!

I hadn't done pole in ages and wasn't sure I'd be able to get back into it. Emily has been a superstar, lets me go at a pace I'm comfortable with whilst still pushing me to do better! Couldn't recommend this place more to anyone at any stage! Haven't missed a class yet!

After trying a few classes around Leeds after moving for uni, I 100% can confirm Emily’s to be the best! Classes start with a thorough warm-up and working on spins before going through new moves and working on old ones. Emily takes into account any personal goals you have if you’re a returning student (my Ayesha!) and helps cater what you’ll learn to that too. Honestly if I could, I would live there, it’s my happy place �
