Aerial Yoga Leeds

About Aerial Yoga Leeds

Aerial Yoga is a unique and fun approach to yoga postures, which uses a low-hanging fabric to support the weight of the body. This allows students to learn how to achieve optimal postural alignment through physical relaxation rather than effort, thereby enhancing a relaxed and peaceful state of mind as well.

It's great for combining with many forms of physical activities, especially traditional Yoga practice.

Why do Aerial Yoga?

1 Traditional Yoga postures, such as inversions and deep backbends, can be achieved without effort and without strain

2 Suspended postures can allow students to explore much deeper releases than in their traditional Yoga postures on the floor.

3 Decompression of joints, relieving pressure while aligning the vertebrae of the spine without strain and increased overall agility, strength and flexibility.

Please note: Aerial Yoga is not suitable if you are pregnant or suffer from any of the following:

High blood pressure
Glaucoma
Recent back surgery
Heart conditions

Places are limited so it will be essential to book in advance.
