when my son's iPhone stopped charging up, I was in dread and fear of going to the apple store to get some advice but to my surprise I was very impressed with the service received at this Apple store today - really friendly, helpful staff, very efficient appointment system and they solved our problem in minutes ! well done Apple Trinity leeds!

Went in to get my wife an upgrade. After an initial stuttering start in actual getting to speak to someone we were served by Grant who was brilliant. He made us feel at home and walked us through the whole process with humour and a friendly demeanour. It was a great experience in the end and he even helped with a problem someone else was having that we mentioned. Good job

Top notch service from a very polite and friendly bunch of staff. What you come to expect really using apple. The early morning appointments though must be the best to get as I can only assume following a full 7 hours dealing with some of the enquiries they get they might be a bit drained.

Superb store, I bet it’s packed from opening to closing. Very helpful staff member Julian, gave me guidance on products, how to use the product (external hard drive) & mentioned that they do classes for people like me (got the tech but cannot use it �). No cash register as they are mobile (of course, this is Apple) what a perfectly streamlined transaction, love it! �

I seriously cannot express what an amazing customer experience I received from this store today. It took me by complete surprise.



My partners iPad Air 2 was 6 months out of warranty and just stopped working randomly, I thought to myself that I'd take it back to the Apple Store that I got it from to see if they can run some diagnostics on the iPad to determine the fault.



I was booked in promptly, was given a timescale of 10 mins to be seen, 3 minutes later a lovely, polite and knowledgeable gentleman came to serve me (sorry I didn't catch his name but he was fantastic)



I explained the issue and he ran some diagnostics on the iPad, he agreed with me, this shouldn't have happened to an 18 month old iPad. However it was out of warranty so was expecting to pay for a fix or a new iPad.



He went and spoke to his manager about my issue as it's quite a rare fault, before I know it a new iPad Air 2 is in my hand. His manager authorised an exchange even though it was out of warranty.



Taken aback and appreciative is an understatement, looked at my invoice and it has cost the Apple Store £215 as that is what I would've been charged for a fix.



I have seriously never had such a positive, easy and swift service. Thank you to you all, people are quick to leave a negative review but people forget about positive experiences because they're expected.



I won't forget this positive experience and will constantly recommend this store for support or buying devices.

I had an appointment, it was a very busy Saturday afternoon but half an hour later we were leaving with our problem solved. Jason the young man who dealt with us was polite and friendly I have no complaints at all.

I had an amazing experience at the Apple Store. I was helped with the problem that I had with my iPad by a member of staff called Zahraa. She was so polite and friendly. I felt as if she genuinely cared about my problem even though it was actually quite a small problem and I thought I was nitpicking. I cannot fault your customer service it is phenomenal. Thank you.

I came to the trinity apple store after previously visiting another store closer to home. I cannot recommend this store enough, the staff were helpful and very polite and i would not hesitate if there was a need to visit again in the future for a problem i would take the time to go their first 🙂

Dropped in yesterday - a very busy Saturday - and was helped by a lovely lady called Anko (I’m sorry if this is spelled wrong) with what turned out to be a ridiculously complicated upgrade!!



She was professional, friendly, helpful and just lovely. And whilst I was being helped, my daughters were having great fun learning to code. Brilliant fun!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service I got when my iPhone 7plus decided to freeze after I’d done the latsest iOS update... i couldn’t restart it or turn it off. EE we’re useless & all their phone lines to customers service were saying ‘office now closed’

I had no choice but to brave the Trinity centre in the middle of Leeds on a Sunday afternoon! It was packed!!!

I walked into the Apple store & was immediately greeted by a young man called Henry. He listened to me as I babbled about my phone freezing. Long story short with in a minute problem solved! He’s restarted my phone! Instead of feeling such a fool I was feeling so thankful & Henry explained where I’d gone wrong.

So thankyou Henry for not only fixing my phone (meaning my 10 yr old got her iPhone 5 bacK) BUT mainly thankyou for not making me feel a fool x

I’m back again this Thursday via the online booking service to hopefully get my neices phone battery sorted.

I look forward to it instea of dreading it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Could not fault the customer service at all! The 'text-back' could do with improving (unable to reply the Apple number) but the humans were great! Was there for 3.5hrs, two days before Xmas, fixing a problem with my 'vintage' MacBook Pro, staff were consistently checking back on me during the entire process (Daryl, Chris and Callum, you're all awesome!). Extremely satisfied with the solution offered, the assistance rendered and the attitudes/friendliness of the Apple staff. Thank you!!

I have been buying apple products for about ten years and have always picked them up from Meadowhall. Unfortunately I made the mistake of picking up my iMac from Leeds. It was non-standard with extra memory and a numeric keyboard so I had to wait for it to built. Having received notification that it had been delivered to Leeds I collected it. It had my name and order number clearly marked on a label so I accepted it. On unpacking it I found that the label had been attached to a standard machine. You can draw your own conclusions. The most charitable one I can think of is incompetence. Needless to say I will not be returning to Leeds. If I have another experience like this I won't be returning to apple.

We bought an Apple Watch series 3 for our son for Christmas and we was told it would be compatible with his IPhone. We struggled, Google’s and tried everything on Christmas Day to get it to work. Went to store today only to be told it isn’t compatible and was told wrong info! One very disappointed boy in our house! Not impressed at all

The technician rebooted my iPad but didn't finish the process instead suggested I get a new one but then the O2 guru completed the reboot and it's now fine

Had to change battery on iPhone, £79 my provider gives me a 2 year warranty but Apple only allows them to give a 1 year warranty on their products. What they really are is a sales company, they don't really want to repair they're wanting you to up cycle to the most uptodate Apple product. Not very disabled friendly place to get to.

Wouldn’t even give this store 1 star if I didn’t have to to write this review, the worst customer service I have ever received.. booked an appointment with this store for 2 o’clock on a Sunday for my rear camera fixing as it constantly shakes and makes a hissing noise, the guy who served me said “ooo your the last person today who can have something repaired, any later you wouldn’t have been able to have this done” I was told my phone was in such good condition he was impressed by it as it’s only 6 months old and not a scratch on it!! For me to return at 4.45pm 15 minutes before they close to be told unfortunately my phone cannot be fixed because it has water damage and I would need a new phone which they could happily give me if I pay £319!! First of all my phone has never ever been anywhere near water, the only way water could have got into my phone would be from rain? Which an iPhone 7 is supposed to be water resistant and can be in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes.. absolute joke! They could not be bothered with me as it was a Sunday and they just wanted to rush home! I then rung the store manager David who was no help what so ever and also told me they could only do something for me if I pay the £319, absolutely ridiculous and disgusting behaviour towards a loyal Apple customer

Rude, unhelpful staff. I visited today to enquire about a replacement lightening port on my iPhone 6s. The person I spoke to didnt even look me in the eye, just swiped on his iPad before telling me they don't replace lightening ports and that I would have to get a new phone. thats it. End of conversation. As a loyal iPhone and Mac user I expect better service then this.

No, really I got good service for a change so 5⭐️ Actually , last time in this store they lost me approx 6gig data, including a stack of my brothers wedding photos, whilst transferring all my stuff to a new phone as mine had packed in after 10 months ,I'd spent approx £1500 cash on 2 phones, 10 months previous. Made an appointment last Monday to bring my sons phone in today (Saturday 27t May) for a screen repair was told it would take an hour...arrived on time to be told it would take 3 hours as they were busy with a lot of walk in customer repairs ..... asked if we could call back through the week as if it's just round the corner... disgraceful customer service will certainly not be visiting again

I Phones are expensive. The margin must be huge... but the customer care has not kept pace. If you want something replaced or repaired then prepare your legal argument. Prepare to argue. Ideal retail environment? Hardly.

I Made an appointment with Apple ( Apple store Trinity) a week before for a technician to take a look at my screen with vertical and horizontal lines.



Arrived 20 Minutes early in case they could see me before, was told to come back 5 minutes before my appointment only to be kept waiting half an hour.



The technician was pleasant (Too pleasant for the mood I was now in)



After swiping his iPad a few times to check my options, he informed that I had to pay over £600 for a new screen, as it was out of warranty and it would take 3 to 5 days to repair.



He went into the back to check a few things. Meanwhile, I searched online for a price on a new screen. I saw that iSmash across from them could replace the whole screen ( and case) at half the cost in 30 minutes.



The guys at iSmash were excellent and did what it says on their website. They also told me gave me a lifetime guarantee on the screen.



Shame on you Apple - iSmash you rock!!!

Haha you guys apple greedy just want to grap more money from customers , hilariously paying £700 for a phone now and when the screen is dead , you greedy ask for another £300 for a new phone.

I would just like to add that I went into an Apple Store in Leeds - I spoke to someone who deals with appointments and explained my issues with regard to the hand set - he physicals saw the issues and said he would write this up on a report. However he forgot to save it which ment my trip was invalid. I spoke to Mandy and she asked me to go to another store which was covenant garden ( I went from Enfield) Mandy said if I get a written note this could work in my favour as Apple know there is an issue. She didn't say to accept the replacement as she was working to send me a brand new one out with my history and issues with the team.

I did speak to amea last night - she agreed that my case should not have been delt with the way that it was. - she also said if it was in her power she would obviously give me something for the hassle!

So just to clarify through out this case

- I've been lied to

- false case notes

- no communication( still don't know why I needed a receipt)

- ran around the UK for Apple Stores

- wasting time in stores ( not saving case notes)

- insulted by Sarah Jane (house hold comment)

- around 8 /9 hours of call time to still not get a result

- had a high phone bill for no result

I am a very loyal apple customer and we have apple in the business. And 20 phones among the family.

I understand that I am only one customer and it won't bother you if I am unhappy as you have many more. However I would like this to be taken into consideration with regards to your outcome. I feel like I've lost confidence in apple and the handsets

There is much more to this case. I also asked to speak to someone who's higher than Mandy and she told me no one was and I couldn't talk to them. I took it upon my own back to speak to you with regards to this as I've never felt so disappointed and horrified with a company.

Dreadful service, appointment was 15 mins late. The technician although initially helpful disappeared and said he would return in 20 mins time whilst the update was been carried out. The fact that he didn’t bother to return and when I questioned an or so rude salesman, I was told by him ‘ well he has to go home sometime!’ How the salesman sells anything with that attitude is beyond me.

I am a very loyal apple customer and we have apple in the business. And 20 phones among the family.

I understand that I am only one customer and it won't bother you if I am unhappy as you have many more. However I would like this to be taken into consideration with regards to your outcome. I feel like I've lost confidence in apple and the handsets

There is much more to this case. I also asked to speak to someone who's higher than Mandy and she told me no one was and I couldn't talk to them. I took it upon my own back to speak to you with regards to this as I've never felt so disappointed and horrified with a company.

Dreadful service, appointment was 15 mins late. The technician although initially helpful disappeared and said he would return in 20 mins time whilst the update was been carried out. The fact that he didn’t bother to return and when I questioned an or so rude salesman, I was told by him ‘ well he has to go home sometime!’ How the salesman sells anything with that attitude is beyond me.

This is not the service I expected or have experienced on previous visits.

when my son's iPhone stopped charging up, I was in dread and fear of going to the apple store to get some advice but to my surprise I was very impressed with the service received at this Apple store today - really friendly, helpful staff, very efficient appointment system and they solved our problem in minutes ! well done Apple Trinity leeds!

Went in to get my wife an upgrade. After an initial stuttering start in actual getting to speak to someone we were served by Grant who was brilliant. He made us feel at home and walked us through the whole process with humour and a friendly demeanour. It was a great experience in the end and he even helped with a problem someone else was having that we mentioned. Good job

Superb store, I bet it’s packed from opening to closing. Very helpful staff member Julian, gave me guidance on products, how to use the product (external hard drive) & mentioned that they do classes for people like me (got the tech but cannot use it �). No cash register as they are mobile (of course, this is Apple) what a perfectly streamlined transaction, love it! �

I seriously cannot express what an amazing customer experience I received from this store today. It took me by complete surprise.



My partners iPad Air 2 was 6 months out of warranty and just stopped working randomly, I thought to myself that I'd take it back to the Apple Store that I got it from to see if they can run some diagnostics on the iPad to determine the fault.



I was booked in promptly, was given a timescale of 10 mins to be seen, 3 minutes later a lovely, polite and knowledgeable gentleman came to serve me (sorry I didn't catch his name but he was fantastic)



I explained the issue and he ran some diagnostics on the iPad, he agreed with me, this shouldn't have happened to an 18 month old iPad. However it was out of warranty so was expecting to pay for a fix or a new iPad.



He went and spoke to his manager about my issue as it's quite a rare fault, before I know it a new iPad Air 2 is in my hand. His manager authorised an exchange even though it was out of warranty.



Taken aback and appreciative is an understatement, looked at my invoice and it has cost the Apple Store £215 as that is what I would've been charged for a fix.



I have seriously never had such a positive, easy and swift service. Thank you to you all, people are quick to leave a negative review but people forget about positive experiences because they're expected.



I won't forget this positive experience and will constantly recommend this store for support or buying devices.

I had an appointment, it was a very busy Saturday afternoon but half an hour later we were leaving with our problem solved. Jason the young man who dealt with us was polite and friendly I have no complaints at all.

I had an amazing experience at the Apple Store. I was helped with the problem that I had with my iPad by a member of staff called Zahraa. She was so polite and friendly. I felt as if she genuinely cared about my problem even though it was actually quite a small problem and I thought I was nitpicking. I cannot fault your customer service it is phenomenal. Thank you.

I came to the trinity apple store after previously visiting another store closer to home. I cannot recommend this store enough, the staff were helpful and very polite and i would not hesitate if there was a need to visit again in the future for a problem i would take the time to go their first 🙂

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service I got when my iPhone 7plus decided to freeze after I’d done the latsest iOS update... i couldn’t restart it or turn it off. EE we’re useless & all their phone lines to customers service were saying ‘office now closed’

I had no choice but to brave the Trinity centre in the middle of Leeds on a Sunday afternoon! It was packed!!!

I walked into the Apple store & was immediately greeted by a young man called Henry. He listened to me as I babbled about my phone freezing. Long story short with in a minute problem solved! He’s restarted my phone! Instead of feeling such a fool I was feeling so thankful & Henry explained where I’d gone wrong.

So thankyou Henry for not only fixing my phone (meaning my 10 yr old got her iPhone 5 bacK) BUT mainly thankyou for not making me feel a fool x

I’m back again this Thursday via the online booking service to hopefully get my neices phone battery sorted.

Could not fault the customer service at all! The 'text-back' could do with improving (unable to reply the Apple number) but the humans were great! Was there for 3.5hrs, two days before Xmas, fixing a problem with my 'vintage' MacBook Pro, staff were consistently checking back on me during the entire process (Daryl, Chris and Callum, you're all awesome!). Extremely satisfied with the solution offered, the assistance rendered and the attitudes/friendliness of the Apple staff. Thank you!!

I have been buying apple products for about ten years and have always picked them up from Meadowhall. Unfortunately I made the mistake of picking up my iMac from Leeds. It was non-standard with extra memory and a numeric keyboard so I had to wait for it to built. Having received notification that it had been delivered to Leeds I collected it. It had my name and order number clearly marked on a label so I accepted it. On unpacking it I found that the label had been attached to a standard machine. You can draw your own conclusions. The most charitable one I can think of is incompetence. Needless to say I will not be returning to Leeds. If I have another experience like this I won't be returning to apple.

We bought an Apple Watch series 3 for our son for Christmas and we was told it would be compatible with his IPhone. We struggled, Google’s and tried everything on Christmas Day to get it to work. Went to store today only to be told it isn’t compatible and was told wrong info! One very disappointed boy in our house! Not impressed at all

The technician rebooted my iPad but didn't finish the process instead suggested I get a new one but then the O2 guru completed the reboot and it's now fine

Had to change battery on iPhone, £79 my provider gives me a 2 year warranty but Apple only allows them to give a 1 year warranty on their products. What they really are is a sales company, they don't really want to repair they're wanting you to up cycle to the most uptodate Apple product. Not very disabled friendly place to get to.

Wouldn’t even give this store 1 star if I didn’t have to to write this review, the worst customer service I have ever received.. booked an appointment with this store for 2 o’clock on a Sunday for my rear camera fixing as it constantly shakes and makes a hissing noise, the guy who served me said “ooo your the last person today who can have something repaired, any later you wouldn’t have been able to have this done” I was told my phone was in such good condition he was impressed by it as it’s only 6 months old and not a scratch on it!! For me to return at 4.45pm 15 minutes before they close to be told unfortunately my phone cannot be fixed because it has water damage and I would need a new phone which they could happily give me if I pay £319!! First of all my phone has never ever been anywhere near water, the only way water could have got into my phone would be from rain? Which an iPhone 7 is supposed to be water resistant and can be in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes.. absolute joke! They could not be bothered with me as it was a Sunday and they just wanted to rush home! I then rung the store manager David who was no help what so ever and also told me they could only do something for me if I pay the £319, absolutely ridiculous and disgusting behaviour towards a loyal Apple customer

The person I spoke to didnt even look me in the eye, just swiped on his iPad before telling me they don't replace lightening ports and that I would have to get a new phone. thats it. End of conversation. As a loyal iPhone and Mac user I expect better service then this.

No, really I got good service for a change so 5⭐️ Actually , last time in this store they lost me approx 6gig data, including a stack of my brothers wedding photos, whilst transferring all my stuff to a new phone as mine had packed in after 10 months ,I'd spent approx £1500 cash on 2 phones, 10 months previous. Made an appointment last Monday to bring my sons phone in today (Saturday 27t May) for a screen repair was told it would take an hour...arrived on time to be told it would take 3 hours as they were busy with a lot of walk in customer repairs ..... asked if we could call back through the week as if it's just round the corner... disgraceful customer service will certainly not be visiting again

I Phones are expensive. The margin must be huge... but the customer care has not kept pace. If you want something replaced or repaired then prepare your legal argument. Prepare to argue. Ideal retail environment? Hardly.

I Made an appointment with Apple ( Apple store Trinity) a week before for a technician to take a look at my screen with vertical and horizontal lines.



Arrived 20 Minutes early in case they could see me before, was told to come back 5 minutes before my appointment only to be kept waiting half an hour.



The technician was pleasant (Too pleasant for the mood I was now in)



After swiping his iPad a few times to check my options, he informed that I had to pay over £600 for a new screen, as it was out of warranty and it would take 3 to 5 days to repair.



He went into the back to check a few things. Meanwhile, I searched online for a price on a new screen. I saw that iSmash across from them could replace the whole screen ( and case) at half the cost in 30 minutes.



The guys at iSmash were excellent and did what it says on their website. They also told me gave me a lifetime guarantee on the screen.



Shame on you Apple - iSmash you rock!!!

I would just like to add that I went into an Apple Store in Leeds - I spoke to someone who deals with appointments and explained my issues with regard to the hand set - he physicals saw the issues and said he would write this up on a report. However he forgot to save it which ment my trip was invalid. I spoke to Mandy and she asked me to go to another store which was covenant garden ( I went from Enfield) Mandy said if I get a written note this could work in my favour as Apple know there is an issue. She didn't say to accept the replacement as she was working to send me a brand new one out with my history and issues with the team.

I did speak to amea last night - she agreed that my case should not have been delt with the way that it was. - she also said if it was in her power she would obviously give me something for the hassle!

So just to clarify through out this case

- I've been lied to

- false case notes

- no communication( still don't know why I needed a receipt)

- ran around the UK for Apple Stores

She didn't say to accept the replacement as she was working to send me a brand new one out with my history and issues with the team.

I did speak to amea last night - she agreed that my case should not have been delt with the way that it was. - she also said if it was in her power she would obviously give me something for the hassle!

So just to clarify through out this case

- I've been lied to

- false case notes

- no communication( still don't know why I needed a receipt)

- ran around the UK for Apple Stores

- wasting time in stores ( not saving case notes)

- insulted by Sarah Jane (house hold comment)

- around 8 /9 hours of call time to still not get a result

- had a high phone bill for no result

I am a very loyal apple customer and we have apple in the business. And 20 phones among the family.

I understand that I am only one customer and it won't bother you if I am unhappy as you have many more. However I would like this to be taken into consideration with regards to your outcome. I feel like I've lost confidence in apple and the handsets

There is much more to this case. I also asked to speak to someone who's higher than Mandy and she told me no one was and I couldn't talk to them. I took it upon my own back to speak to you with regards to this as I've never felt so disappointed and horrified with a company.

Dreadful service, appointment was 15 mins late. The technician although initially helpful disappeared and said he would return in 20 mins time whilst the update was been carried out. The fact that he didn’t bother to return and when I questioned an or so rude salesman, I was told by him ‘ well he has to go home sometime!’ How the salesman sells anything with that attitude is beyond me.

This is not the service I expected or have experienced on previous visits.
