To give our clients (you), experienced and knowledgeable coaches that you trust and rely on to get you realistic, manageable results that you never believed you could achieve.
We created Ascend because we do not believe Personal Training should be getting beasted for an hour and then forgot about till your next session.
We offer the support you need. Yes we can personalise a workout to you, give you the best nutrition plan for maximum results but if we are not here for you, keeping you motivated, educating you, then your fitness journey can become a chore rather than a positive in your life.
Personal Training is an amazing investment in yourself, but it can be tough and take a lot of commitment. Up until now you didn't have the support needed to keep you on track since coaches who truly care are hard to find.
