Certainly, the role of sous chef is challenging, as you'll be expected to make sure the brigade is producing top-quality cuisine and that chefs with talent are trained and developed. In addition, youŌĆÖll have to take charge of the kitchen in the head chefŌĆÖs absence.

What a fine establishment

This place is a little treasure, staff are so friendly and the atmospere is great. We had a great night out here and will definately be going back xx

Popped in for lunch yesterday, food was amazing!!! Staff all so nice and friendly. Went back there last night for cocktails and lots of Gin. I have never been out in Towcester before, finally we have a classy venue to enjoy.

Popped in for a quick lunch . We initially had gone for the Halloumi Fries and Patatas Bravas but sadly they werenŌĆÖt available today ’┐Į but an open sandwich , sweet potato fries and Greek salad were fantastic. Staff were great and kept checking everything was ok.Well worth a visit and we will definitely be back.

Myself and 13 friends made an afternoon of it at bar encore today to celebrate my 40th birthday ’┐Į’┐Į fabulous cocktails wines and the bar staff we're fabulous x thanks look forward to returning soon x

Called in for lunch on Friday. I was impressed by the sympathetic restoration of the building which I'd always felt before was a bit shabby. It really unlocked the potential of all the different areas.

The food was well prepared and very tasty and the Cruz Campo was dangerously agreeable.

Staff were all very friendly, helpful and attentive.

Looking forward to my next visit.

Has the potential but based on Friday there's work to be done yet, both in staff training terms and in ensuring that supplies to make cocktails are available, and that members of staff do not end up having to run to local shops in the course of the evening to try and source what they need. The staff we interacted with were lovely, friendly, helpful, but they had an uphill struggle on their hands, and two out of three of them were woefully under trained. Given the standard of the competition, a couple of doors up the road, there's a need to improve and quickly. There's also a need to make a proper caipirinha. It contains four ingredients only; lime, crushed ice, cahaca and sugar. Not syrup, not soda water, not lemonade.
