what a fantastic result dave and brad have achieved on what was a disaster zone. new decking, astro turf front and back, new paving front and back, new large raised patio, raised low maintenance borders, sheds and new fencing. from the first call to the completed job nothing was too much to ask. we were kept informed all the way. great team all round. we will definitely use barkers again and have already had locals asking who did such a great job on the gardens thanks andy and all at Barkers Fencing and Decking from andy & caroline.

past few months we have bought a number of things from here the lady that sorts it for us is lovely and polite cannot fault anything we have bought got exactly what we asked for would defo recommend and will certainly go back in future

Would never go elsewhere for timber or fencing. Lots of helpful advice given (For free �). There's nothing that they don't know when it comes to fences, lawns, patios and drives. Don't take my word for it tho, pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed. First class workers too xx

We went to barkers today to price some fake grass and after speaking to Steve he gave us ideas on how to design our garden that we would never have thought of. He was so helpful and a pleasure to speak to if you need any ideas or help I recommend barkers fencing nothing is too much trouble even when your doing your own garden. I will post photos at a later date thanks Steve

Recently had a new shed made by these and ordered some fence panels we were highly delighted with the quality and workmanship will def reccomend you a big thanks to steve for your advice and help and thanks for the advice on astroturf it looks excellent

Really pleased with our new patio and lawn, the guys from Barkers have done a cracking job and were brilliant throughout.

If I could give more stars I would the lads were fab went above and beyond thank you so much love our new garden

Had a gate and decking done not so long ago didn't take too long to book and was done within two days, had some stones removed and the decking done, gardens really coming togather now we had decking done. Thank you all so much we love it...!! 5 star defo recommend to others....!!

Fantastic company to deal with, got some fence panels and a gate for my step son, I measured wrong for the posts no problem they just exchanged at mo extra cost, the boss is a cracking bloke old school "customer is always right " really friendly people I would recommend them to any of my family and friends. Thanks for your help Mark

Brilliant first time I went in for some wood to make a gate didn't know what and how much I needed. The guy sat at the desk went through it so I knew what I needed to order. Delivery was spot on great group of lads.

Barkers fencing were totally amazing. We had a really rubbish job done a couple of months ago and had lost faith in all tradesmen but we couldn't fault Barkers and they have restored our faith!! We now have a beautiful fence - exactly what we hoped for. The workmen were professional, tidy and had a good sense of humour. Andy also really looked after us well and laid any worries we had to rest. We really can't recommend highly enough.

All very simple showed the guy on the desk what type of stone I needed and when, in less than 2minutes all booked and waiting for delivery on the date I asked. A really politeful bloke who helped and advice was great on questions I asked about fencing. I went to B&Q first 5 guys standing around no one seemed to want to help or give advice so I just walked off never go there again but at barkers I was treated as a customer, I recommend these more than these massive firms

After trying four times to order in a few different ways with B+Q (online, over the phone and even going in store) I was at my wits end and someone suggested Barker's to me. I had used them a couple of years ago and forgotten! I walked into the office the owner kindly remembered me and asked how things were, within minutes I had made the order for exactly what I wanted and they said would be delivered Saturday morning... of course my order came on time. Dead easy, great quality and amazing customer service, nothing is too much bother for them. I have used them in past and won't be forgetting them again! Recommend highly.

Absolutely fantastic, from the moment of planning our front and back gardens to talking us through what they are going to do and what materials to get the best result. The 2 guys Chris & Dean that did the work are a credit to the company. Professional, polite and only too pleased to discuss what was happening and talk us through the next step. Both gardens look amazing and we can’t wait for the good weather so that we can spend quality time with family and friends.

Was unable to give me an estimate, either they didn't want the job or just couldn't be bothered to call back... Had to ring them 4 times with a reply of oooh this doesn't normally happen!!!! �

Service not great. Ordered fencing& gravel. Checked before ordering that we could have Wednesday Am delivery. Order didn't arrive so I called& they didn't have our job down. They agreed to deliver pm as I had booked the day off work. I asked to avoid 2.30-3.30 due to school run. I was advised no problem we call before we come. I arrive home at 3.25 to find my fencing etc dumped on the drive. I ring to ask why& and inform them my husband is away for work so can't move them& I have no local family.

Someone was looking in to it but never returned the call. I called again over an hr later & was informed they had gone home& they didn't call me as both of their phone batteries was dead!

Overall I found the service poor. The fence panels also don't look great. They seem quite sturdy however there is a lot of nails sticking out where they have knocked them through& totally missed where they should be.

I suggested using a local firm but unfortunately next time I won't bother.
