Great customer service! Cortney and Faye are great. They always deliver high customer service, friendly approach. Can only recommend!

I was kept waiting 20 minutes for my appointment as the wax was too hot. Apparently it wasn't checked before my treatment was due to take place. Despite the very personal online booking system, I ended up with a completely different therapist and did not get an explanation why. I lost confidence and decided not to go ahead with my appointment. I asked if my £1 booking fee could be refunded and was told the manager would call me. 32 hours after my appointment time I have not received a call so I'm leaving my feedback on here. Salon of the year? Not in my opinion.
