Went to showroom 11am yesterday, chose 2 mattresses, delivered at 1.50pm ! Excellent service both at the showroom and by delivery driver Wayne. The mattresses are excellent quality, so comfortable and very good price. Thank you!

We bought a single bed a few months ago and the service and delivery was excellent.

Because of this great service we went back to look at a bed for ourselves and tried a number of mattresses and Bobby was extremely helpful and time was not an issue. We got a great deal and keenly await our new bed to be delivered.

Compared to Dream beds & Bensons there are massive savings to be made and no need to worry about the quality.

Wanted a metal framed bed for my daughter

Bobby was fab checked he had it in stock delivered it when he said he would and with no charge for this.

Love my boys beds as much as they do, no fights at bed time anymore (for now �) Went for the double black leather and 2 single blue leather all with headboards and memory foam mattresses, excellent price and brilliant quality, finishes their rooms off perfectly!Delivery people were polite and courteous and took great care getting them in the house! I'll definitely be recommending and also buying again when replacing my own bed!! Can't thank Bobby and his team enough for their excellent customer service and ensuring they were delivered to a time that suited me 5�all the way

I'm very happy with the bed I got from BF beds. We purchased the Ottoman king-size base for excellent under bed storage and gel top orthopedic mattress. I went to the showroom advised Bobby the owner what I was looking for he recommend a few that would suit our needs, we tried the mattress at his testing station. Bobby gave us excellent advice we had excellent service from start to finish. Delivery drivers were great, very friendly and professional, we had silver service so the bed was put together all wrapping was taken away and checked before they left. I would highly recommend a visit to the showroom and will recommend BF beds to family and friends.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Excellent customer service. Well worth a trip to the Armley showroom to choose your perfect bed at the best price. I shopped around a lot before finding BF Beds and they offered best selection and best prices. Seriously don't bother going anywhere else.

Although it’s a few years ago I bought my bed and mattress from here. The service I got was excellent and I’ve had no problems with my bed or mattress. Rest quality and friendly, professional service.

After looking for a new decent bed for me and my mum for what felt like ages!! I came across BF beds, I called in to see what time they closed it was 3:50 they shut at 4 the fella said if your on the way il stay open off I went he showed me various beds and wasn’t pushy I then chose 2 beds and I was concerned about assembling them, he was straight up he said he’s not prepared to take extra money of me when the job is as Simple as ever! He wasn’t wrong either my friend had both frames up in 20 minutes!! I would 110% use BF beds again although with the top quality of the beds I doubt il need to purchase another one for a good few years yet!! If in doubt of the quality go to the showroom and see for yourself! You will be shocked at how they can charge so little but the quality is the top you can get!! Thanks guys!!!

We bought a king size bed but it was delivered as a Double we found this out when we tried to put it up on a Saturday . We called Bobby several times to advise the bed was clearly wrong, Bobby advised that the boards should fit but would be a tight squeeze we advised that the bed is definitely wrong and needs sorting Bobby didn’t seem to get what we was trying to explain. Bobby called my partner on the Monday and advised that the manufacturer will deliver the correct bed by Wednesday, the manufacturer called my partner but when she answered put the phone down and said wrong number. I had to call the manufacturer several times to arrange for the delivery to happen but again the phone was put down on me, finally getting to speak to them I was promised the bed would be delivered by 12 pm. It was finally delivered at 830pm by the manufacturers mechanic who was very pleasant and the only person who apologised. Mistakes happen but it would of been nice to have an apology and for us not to have to chase up the manufacturer

Poor quality bed and even worse customer service.

Purchased a divan bed base which for a start was damaged on delivery as the plastic was torn and it was just dumped around the side of the house on the floor. I didn't make a big deal out of this as I was able to hide the damage under the quilt as it was in the middle where it joined.

The bed then started squeaking on one side when getting in and out. Over time it's then started on the other side and now it's whenever you move on it. When I've taken the mattress off the top of the bed is caving in.

I called BF beds to be told I had to send pictures to send to the supplier. I was basically told I have broken the bed by putting a hard force on it or because of the matterss not sitting straight. I sent the pictures and had no response for over a week so i called again and I was told to call the following week when he went to the supplier. I called the following week again to he told me wasn't going to be seeing the supplier until this week so to call again.

I've called and been told that because I didnt report the damage on delivery within 48 hours they can't claim from the delivery company and it's not fair on the supplier loosing money. I was told they don't know if it's damaged from delivery or if it's because of me but it's over 48 hours anyway so they won't do anything. At no point was it mentioned it was poor quality or that they would try to rectify the problem.I was told to go to trading standards but i will not get anything anyway because its their terms and conditions. I was then rudly hung up on so had to call back. This time before I called I checked the terms and conditions which states you get a 1 year manufacturer guarantee and if the goods are damaged you should sign it as damaged goods. It doesn't mention 48 hours and I didn't even sign for the bed as it was just left at the side of the house. Again I was told to go to trading standards because he wasn't prepared to deal with it.

What an absolute joke the customer service is, avoid purchasing from this company as you will receive poor quality good and disgusting rude customer service.
