The origins of gelato go back 12,000 years when, in Mesopotamia, slave runners travelled up to 100 kilometres to collect ice and snow used to cool drinks served during royal banquets and religious ceremonies.

We had our granddaughter of 12 weeks old with us,
We were allocated a great table just far away from the main area ,
The staff was so attentive,
The food as always was superb, drinks

An amazing atmosphere,
We were well fed,well looked after and well pleased when the bill came,

Went last night with my husband to see 'Walk like a Man' tribute band. The entire evening was sensational, the fabulous art deco venue, attentive service, delicious food and the band were fantastic. Great party atmosphere, I can't wait to go back.¤Äē¤ÄŹ¤ÄŖ
We booked Bibis as a party of 25 for a Hen Party. Although the restaurant was busy, the staff seemed to manage so well and although we pre ordered our food, we didn't have to wait long inbetween courses. The restaurant itself is amazing, the staff were so polite and helpful and the food was delicious. It was my first time at Bibis, and if I stay in Leeds again I will definitely return.
Took my mum for her birthday in December to see Divas of Motown and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Went yesterday to see Elvis with my husband and another couple and again thoroughly enjoyed it. However, we had not realised that the main meals do not come with veg. Therefore, I basically had a piece of lamb for my meal. Surely it should come with a portion of veg!
Had a lovely night here Saturday 23rd June after our team competed in Total Warrior, staff were friendly and professional. There were about 37 of us who had pre ordered our meals in advance and the staff did not disappoint. The venue is lovely & food amazing! Will definitely return as soon as I am back in Leeds.
Found the restaurant by chance and popped in for lunch. The food was exceptional really delicious. The staff were friendly but left you to enjoy your meal. Would definitely recommend
First visit for myself and my daughter yesterday. We were on a day out and going to the theatre in the evening. Got to say we couldnt fault it all all. The staff very very polite and couteous, the food was delicous and plentiful. Not often i visit Leeds but if i came back again i would certainly visit Bibis again. Well done everyone
First time here last night for a Frankie Valli & the 4 seasons tribute night, it was absolutely amazing, polite & friendly staff, beautiful surroundings & the food was delicious & very well presented!! I shall definitely return, thankyou very much x
First time here and being here on my own for business I was in two minds whether or not to come in. So very pleased I did. From the gent who met me on the door to the waiting staff, all were very friendly and professional! Venue looks great and as I sat right next to the huge kitchen I could see everything going on! So very well organised and in my opinion, the food was completely on point! Great looking place , great food and it does appears if all the staff are Italian although that could be my interpretation after a bottle of wine! Either way, highly recommended for business, couples, families or friends! Do NOT let the size of the place make you think you wonŌĆÖt get good service! Very impressed and I will certainly be back! Keep up the great work!

I am getting married in a couple of months & we are coming here with our parents on the night of our wedding & I know there going to love it too !!!
Amazing night last night for my 50th birthday such a lovely place canŌĆÖt wait to come back food was excellent lovely waiting on staff , even came to our table to tell us about the different gins nothing was too much trouble and lovely birthday surprise at the end canŌĆÖt recommend enough thinking of booking for new year already many thanks for making it so special x

Absolutely loved it came for my partner's ,30th birthday dinner last night there were 12 of us the food was amazing and the staff were fabulous such a beautiful restaurant I could live there! even the toilets were pretty thankyou for a lovely evening we will definitely be back :) X

The magic wasnŌĆÖt there food ok but not special like it used to be asked for black pepper and they just dumped the pepper mill on the table ... disappointed
Great food, very friendly staff , but does the music have to be that loud . I could understand if it was 10pm Friday nite but 4 in the afternoon on a Sunday.background music really shouldnt be that loud,5 mins before we left it did actually get turned down to a acceptable level , maybe someone complained? we all sat in silence eating as no point trying to start a conversation as we couldn't hear each other speak .and the gents loo,s!! Jesus , the nice image you get when you walk in the restaurant was destroyed when I went to the gents. P#ss and paper towels everywhere.Looked more like a bus station toilet than a restaurant.surely out of all the staff working at that time ,one of them could have emptied the overflowing paper towel bin and run a mop over the floor.

Absolutely loved it came for my partner's ,30th birthday dinner last night there were 12 of us the food was amazing and the staff were fabulous such a beautiful restaurant I could live there! even the toilets were pretty thankyou for a lovely evening we will definitely be back :) X
Absolutely love this place. First came ten years ago, food is exceptional and the staff are friendly, helpful and make it a night to remember. Cocktails are fantastic too!
The magic wasn’t there food ok but not special like it used to be asked for black pepper and they just dumped the pepper mill on the table ... disappointed
Great food, very friendly staff , but does the music have to be that loud . I could understand if it was 10pm Friday nite but 4 in the afternoon on a Sunday.background music really shouldnt be that loud,5 mins before we left it did actually get turned down to a acceptable level , maybe someone complained? we all sat in silence eating as no point trying to start a conversation as we couldn't hear each other speak .and the gents loo,s!! Jesus , the nice image you get when you walk in the restaurant was destroyed when I went to the gents. P#ss and paper towels everywhere.Looked more like a bus station toilet than a restaurant.surely out of all the staff working at that time ,one of them could have emptied the overflowing paper towel bin and run a mop over the floor.

We were allocated a great table just far away from the main area ,
The staff was so attentive,

We were well fed,well looked after and well pleased when the bill came,

Went with the wife and a good friend that can over to visit from Malaysia all enjoyed it very tasty food and pizzas will be back again.
Went last night with my husband to see 'Walk like a Man' tribute band. The entire evening was sensational, the fabulous art deco venue, attentive service, delicious food and the band were fantastic. Great party atmosphere, I can't wait to go back.ÞÞÞ
We booked Bibis as a party of 25 for a Hen Party. Although the restaurant was busy, the staff seemed to manage so well and although we pre ordered our food, we didn't have to wait long inbetween courses. The restaurant itself is amazing, the staff were so polite and helpful and the food was delicious. It was my first time at Bibis, and if I stay in Leeds again I will definitely return.
Took my mum for her birthday in December to see Divas of Motown and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Went yesterday to see Elvis with my husband and another couple and again thoroughly enjoyed it. However, we had not realised that the main meals do not come with veg. Therefore, I basically had a piece of lamb for my meal. Surely it should come with a portion of veg!
Had a lovely night here Saturday 23rd June after our team competed in Total Warrior, staff were friendly and professional. There were about 37 of us who had pre ordered our meals in advance and the staff did not disappoint. The venue is lovely & food amazing! Will definitely return as soon as I am back in Leeds.
Found the restaurant by chance and popped in for lunch. The food was exceptional really delicious. The staff were friendly but left you to enjoy your meal. Would definitely recommend
First visit for myself and my daughter yesterday. We were on a day out and going to the theatre in the evening. Got to say we couldnt fault it all all. The staff very very polite and couteous, the food was delicous and plentiful. Not often i visit Leeds but if i came back again i would certainly visit Bibis again. Well done everyone

First time here and being here on my own for business I was in two minds whether or not to come in. So very pleased I did. From the gent who met me on the door to the waiting staff, all were very friendly and professional! Venue looks great and as I sat right next to the huge kitchen I could see everything going on! So very well organised and in my opinion, the food was completely on point! Great looking place , great food and it does appears if all the staff are Italian although that could be my interpretation after a bottle of wine! Either way, highly recommended for business, couples, families or friends! Do NOT let the size of the place make you think you wonãt get good service! Very impressed and I will certainly be back! Keep up the great work!
Excellent food good service my family booked me in for my birthday went for lunch and then to grand theatre to watch Elvis musical my idea of a perfect birthday treat xx
Came here with my Fiance for the first time yesterday & I have to say it totally lived up to my expectations . The food was wonderful & what a absolutely gorgeous place & lovely staff . I am getting married in a couple of months & we are coming here with our parents on the night of our wedding & I know there going to love it too !!!
Amazing night last night for my 50th birthday such a lovely place canãt wait to come back food was excellent lovely waiting on staff , even came to our table to tell us about the different gins nothing was too much trouble and lovely birthday surprise at the end canãt recommend enough thinking of booking for new year already many thanks for making it so special x
Amazing lunch, in brilliant surroundings. Just caught the end of the Elvis tribute which was v loud but looked like a great time was had by all. Thankyou ÿ¢§
Amazing atmosphere, everything we ordered was very delicious. The waiters were very knowledgeable about the dishes. You can see into the kitchen and the pass. And can tell they enjoy making cocktails.
