At the start of year the Big Brand team were called in to help open a new shop in Horsforth.
We were given a blank canvas to create the concept from scratch. Not only did we design the new brand id, interior display and signage but we also designed the lighting scheme, layout plan and also floor and wall finish details to ensure everything tied in with the new brand.

Throwback Thursday to a Flex Face signage system and wayfinding signage we installed at this flooring warehouse and showroom.
The face face system consists of an aluminium frame we prefabricate at our workshop. This is then is installed on site and used to stretch and display the flex face banner skin.
Flex face systems allow you to create large signage without having to tile and join multiple boards together. As it’s seamless it gives a cleaner appearance and because it’s al...l digitally printed there is no limitations to the design.
What’s more they can be front-lit (non illuminated) and back-lit illuminated with LEDs is shine through the face.

Some signage we’ve just manufactured and installed for Temple Coffee Leeds.
A simple construction design using the company’s well known existing logo.
This cost effective solution was manufactured in house still using quality components such as laser cut aluminium letters finished in hard wearing powder coatings. An aluminium composite sign tray was made as a background to install the letters over an awkward corrugated cladding and to make sure they stood out.
... Signage as good as their coffee tastes and donuts look (the install team didn’t indulge this time)

Nests vibe is to capture as much of the inner city style as possible and bring it to your doorstep in the suburbs.
... We’ve designed, manufactured and installed external shopfront signage including an LED illuminated light box and flat cut letters all manufactured from stainless steel and finished in a special metallic copper coating.
Other signage, interior wayfinding, LED poster cases, window manifestations and more put the finishing touches on a stylish fitout and reinforce the new brand on the streets.

Congratulations to our friends over at Yakumama on getting the funding together for their first proper premises in which they will serve up the Latin American street food they are well known for.
We've just pledged a small amount to help get it over the line but i'm sure they would welcome any extra funding to further improve their plans for what will be a good use of the Old Co-Op building in Todmorden.

We ordered an internal sign and a sign for the main road. They initially attended our office to discuss what we require and placement of both signs. Once this was agreed the designer was prompt in sending through the proposed signs and once a few amendments had been made a date for installation was agreed. The signs were fitted on the date agreed and a final walk around of the placement was done. I would highly recommend the services of Big Brand Print as the service was exceptional and the products are made to a very high standard.
