*AWAY FROM THE 18th*

I have been running and walking recently and was at the fittest I had felt in a long time - twisted my back getting a pair of shoes out the cupboard and my back went into spasm. Very frustrating and Very painful, couldnt do anything without help, got painkillers initially from doctors then went to Mel at Bodyfix- after a massage and acupuncture i felt slightly stiff but not sore. One day later only 1 set paracetamol needed in the morning and have even managed a couple of short walks as recommended- absolutely brilliant-thank you so much.

Would highly recommend ���
