As i am sure yo will know, running a gym is not cheap and costs get higher every single year, Bodyzone has quite possible the cheapest memberships around, so could i ask that members try to keep memberships up to date please, it would be really helpfull, thank you

SADLY LAST NIGHT WAS OUR LAST WEDNESDAY NIGHT KARATE CLASS, TO THOSE WHO DID MAKE THE EFFORT ON A WEDNESDAY, MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS ARE STILL AS USUAL AND OF COURSE THE OPTION FOR PRIVAT CLASSES IS AVAILABLE.

GOOD AFTERNOON ALL😀 Karate tonight at 6:30pm as usual, I would always recommend a minimum of 2 times weekly, so please try to attend 2 of the 3 nights, we want the karate students to be the best they can be, so please try to attend at least 2 out of 3 classes,, Tai Chi after karate finishes as usual, if you have never been or tried Tai Chi then why not give it a go, YOu never know until you try.

Really good gym, welcoming brilliant set of men and women that go there new equipment and refurbishment is amazing best gym in the area by far

Nice friendly gym. Good value for money amd convenient.

I just love this gym allways there to help and just feels like home .

Good atmosphere but need to improve on the cups of tea.
