We have had several pairs of glasses now from Bottomley opticians, and always had an excellent service. Very thorough eye examinations and lovely staff who have guided our family through our first and second experiences with spectacles. Would highly recommend. Best optician we have been to.

I have been going to Bottomley's for several years now and always had excellent,friendly and caring service. I still use the original frames I had from Bottomley's because they are so comfortable and fit so well. However there is a fantastic choice of frames when I decide to chose some new ones. During my recent check up it was carefully explained to me in detail why I should not have a cataract op yet despite the worsening of my cataract. I was advised that high quality lenses would help with the deterioration of my sight. Having just started using the new lenses I find my peripheral sight vastly improved, and I can even read the text on the tv again - brilliant!!! Excellent advice from Bottomley's and I certainly won't be going anywhere else.

I have been coming to Bottomleys for 38 years, never had any problems, staff have always been very friendly and welcoming.

The eye test has always been very thorough, with everything explained in detail.
