You always feel welcome and comfortable at Bows. All the staff are very friendly and happy and obviously enjoy their jobs. They listen to what you want and are happy to offer suggestions and advice. Whilst I was getting my hair done, which I love, I saw lots of other very happy people with great colours and cuts. Thank you

Went to bows today for a complete colour change!.after box dying my hair black for years then stripping it myself leaving it very red and multi toned .. I asked for a brown to carmel balayage and was expecting a few times lifting it to get it what I wanted but my first go went just how I wanted, with absolutely no damage to my hair! I asked for my ends trimming literally half and inch if that and they did what I asked ( other hairdressers would of hacked it all away) I am sooooo chuffed with my new hair thank you girls I will never go anywhere else now! Great service to had a good laugh with the girls and lots of coffee! Thanks again see y'all soon xxx

Really impressed. I'm so anxious about changing hairdressers, especially as I have naturally coarse, afro hair. I showed up with huge roots, an orange tinge and severely damaged hair. Proper care was taken- no bleach applied to areas with breakage, but still left with fabulously blonde hair! I honestly didn't even think it would be possible to get it this light due to its condition. Hair is lovely and soft, as well (caviar treatment). Very reasonable price for the high quality of the work. Will definitely be returning ���

Purchased my first set of cloud 9 straighteners from bows after Sacha recommended them... I’ve always used ghds but cloud 9s are much much better...fab purchase and highly recommended....They are defo a must have. I’ll never use any other straightener now x

I was booked in and seen on the same day for a hair cut and blow dry. I asked for a couple of inches to be taken off back to shoulder length hair and some weight taken out. My hair can be challenging as it’s thick and heavy but came away pleased at the result! Got exactly what I described and professionally done. Thank you so much! xx

Had my hair done this morning by the lovely Sacha , got rid of all my gingery tones and gave me a lovely dark brown, in over the moon with it and can finally wear it down again �and just to finish off I had some gorgeous loose curls put in, everyone complimented my hair today and It really cheered me up, I will defo be returning in the next 6-8 weeks . (Thank u Megan for the tea and amazing head massage while I had my hair washed �)

Had my hair cut about a month ago from these lovely ladies. I also ended up buying the Matrix Total Results Re-Bond Kit due to my hair being dry/damaged from over bleaching, I have been using it for a month now and it really does do what it says, my hair is much thicker, moisturised and is finally looking shinier and healthier, I'm still only half-way through the kit. Definitely going to be using them again in the very near future! #matrix #notsponsoredorendorsed
