Went into the shop for the first time with my daughter Lisa who is buying me a watch from there was made to feel really welcome not rushed like most shops would most definitely go there again

The staff at Bradburys are amazing, etiquette and can help you with everything you feel comfortable your never rushed. The honesty and gracious service from all staff makes you want to come back more , I even just pop in for a chat sometimes and it's always welcomed.

The shop is decorated lovely and has a really nice atmosphere. All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the stock. My fiancé bought my engagement ring and we've just put a deposit down on our wedding rings and couldn't be happier with them, stunning jewellery!!!

Mark, Amanda and all the Bradburys staff made us feel very welcome. Expert advice in a friendly environment. Would highly recommend to everyone and will certainly use again.

I bought the most beautiful diamond solitaire ring Mark was so enthusiastic about the diamond he said he bought it as part of a collection of stones but just so he could have my stone as it was such a beautiful clear perfect diamond.

People always notice it and I get loads of compliments on it Mark is a first class jeweller and always willing to help get what you want.

The staff at Bradburys are also very helpful and enthusiastic about what they are selling he has obviously trained them all very well

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Bradburys. Mark, Amanda and all the staff were so friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They made what could have been a very difficult decision so easy and my fiancée now has a beautiful ring that she loves. Really upset, my husband bought an expensive watch as a gift for my birthday. I unfortunately don’t like it and so checked on the website and it says refunds within 21days. Took it back to the store thinking it would be the same policy and it’s not. I can only get a credit note or exchange. I’m 37 weeks pregnant so probably a little irrational but still really emotional and I’m gutted because I don’t want anything else I just want the refund. So now sat with an expensive watch that I can’t take back. Would usually recommend especially as I got wedding rings and previous watch from there but I can’t say I would anymore. Not the service I was expecting.
