we came for dinner for our daughters 6th birthday with a party size of 24 the staff were extremely helpful, meals came quickly and when we asked for our daughters cake to be brought out they were more than happy to oblige! our daughter also fell badly outside and the staff gave her immediate first aid and calmed her down, really friendly staff thank you!

Having not been for ages and taking advantage of the free bottle of wine on offer, Louise and I had a lovely meal last night. Elliott (barman) and Jenny (waitress) did a superb job looking after us. We were both touched when the Happy 10th Wedding Anniversary Chocolate Fudge Cake got delivered which was on the house.

First Visit to the Old Brickworks, was that impressed we are taking my Son and the rest of the family for his Birthday.

Great food, good menu choices. Prompt friendly Service

Food was nice and my daughter could have a run about in the play frame and we could watch her from the table. Pudding was very nice!

First time been here for dinner, food is fairly good, not outstanding though, soft play is good to entertain my 8 years old boy. The down bit is the baby change and hand dryer in the toilet. The baby change has nothing to secure baby, so had to let her roll in there while I wash my hands and the hand dryer is so slow that I have to left my hand half wet because I can't left my baby there any longer. Probably back again because my boy enjoys playing there. �

Everything was fine...lovely accommodation, comfy beds, splendid choice of food for breakfast. Only downside was that our breakfast got cold really quickly because we had to eat in the play area in order to keep an eye on the wee one, and it was Baltic in there! We did mention it to the lady at reception as we were leaving and she assured us she would to bring it to the attention of management.



It did spoil our visit because we had been looking forward to our cooked breakfast before we set off for Scotland.

I’m a regular but I do believe the service is going down hill.



And the last few times I have been we have had to ask for cutlery after our starters. Surely when you remove the starters your staff would automatically bring new cutlery.



A lot of standing around and chatting with the staff rather than tending to your needs.



Big shout out to the lad behind the bar originally from Tunisia 🇹🇳 he when serving the tables is fantastic and makes sure you have everything you need.

Both the member of staff on the till and the chef refused to make the substitution despite it being listed as an option on the menu, and having made the substitution before.

After leaving I spoke to a manager on the phone who assured me it is an option and they will speak with their team. Were now driving around with 3 hungry kids in the car looking for somewhere else to eat..

The worst food I have ever ate. My kids meal were shocking they tasted of nothing. And the carvery is just frozen food half warmed up. Absolutely shocking service and the food to go with it.

Shocking , never again , £4.79 for 5 chicken wings that tasted vile & sent back , main meal, VILE, will not be back

Really disappointed! We eat here regularly but today arrived and tried to order 2 of my children a childrens hotdog meal and asked for the sausage to be substituted for a vegetarian sausage. Both the member of staff on the till and the chef refused to make the substitution despite it being listed as an option on the menu, and having made the substitution before.

After leaving I spoke to a manager on the phone who assured me it is an option and they will speak with their team. Were now driving around with 3 hungry kids in the car looking for somewhere else to eat..

Poor quality food, small portions, long waiting times. The staff were lovely. Mc Donald's on the way home � sack the chef and change food suppliers. Hire someone that takes pride in their cooking.

Not great at all! Food came out at different times, a hair in the kids pasta, very dirty, no salt on the table, won’t be returning!



Only positive was the guy working in the kids play area- great energy and the only member of staff that smiled!

Disgusting customer service! Take your money then tell you they don’t have the steak for the mixed grill but they do have some steak but can’t substitute it because it’s not allowed. Pathetic computer says no attitude to customer service :/
