I have had fantastic customer service from Josh and Ben at Nissan. They went above and beyond my expectations. Their honesty and no pushy sales was very refreshing. When ever you go to these garages, you hear these cliches about joining the "company family" but actually these guys have sold this company to me. The quality of my 2017 Micra is incredible. A few days after leaving the forecourt I noticed a tiny chip in the paint work, I took my car back to ben and josh who not only gave me a courtesy car but also a massive bunch of flowers and car mats as an apology. I would highly recommend buying a car here. Thanks a lot guys! �

Bought our 2nd car in 12 months from them yesterday cannot fault the service we have received on either purchase all the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Also had an excellent experience when we took car no 1 in for its first service.

Absolutely fantastic service from the moment I walked through the door to driving away in my new X-Trail today. Unless you're a fan of bad salesmanship, lying staff and being conned into paying thousands for a car that's almost new, avoid this dealer like the plague. I've visited twice since buying my Juke, for two separate issues on a car that's not even two years old. My most recent visit was for my clutch which had gone, on a car with 6000 miles, and Nissan made me pay for it, I asked for the clutch for my boyfriend to inspect, surprise surprise, no clutch. We were told the only way we could get the money for the clutch would be if we asked Nissan HQ ourselves to help. We fought tooth and nail with Nissan HQ, and found out the only way we could help would be if the dealer referred our case for them to look into. Bristol Street had never actually referred the case to Nissan HQ because they get monitored on the referrals. So basically, our case was not important enough to Bristol Street.

We got offered a free service as an apology, not really compensation for a £1000 clutch that we paid.

Surprise surprise, my car has yet again broken down and is now in the garage again! This time, Pentagon in Huddersfield.

Once this issue is solved, probably with a hefty price tag, I will be sure to get rid of the car and NEVER deal with Bristol Street, and more so, Nissan, EVER again and encourage others to save themselves hassle and do the same.

I would advise anyone with a Nissan to avoid car service with main dealer. I had an engine management light on paid £100 for the diagnostic to be told it would cost me 3k for a torque converter fault but weren’t 100% sure it would fix it , if it didn’t would be new gearbox 6k they are puddled what is the point of diagnostics if you don’t know the fault I’m finished with nissans now after 12 years stay clear specially service dept rubbish !

I have just been told by my partner Caroline who has a Nissan Leaf witch is one of your electric cars that you can’t even sort out a loan car for when she is away on holiday and she’s given dealerships 3 weeks notice that is more time than requested that all she needed to notify them is a week you need to sort this out as a group the size you are and what you offer customers should be honoured!!!!
