We travel all the way from Prestwich to come to brosters, and have done for 6 years. Always happy staff, always told what offers are available and get a months worth of top notch meat for great value. Cafe is a must if you need some lunch xxx

We have just eaten the last of our tray of sweet chill sausages, they travelled over 2,568 miles to Fuertventura with us and they still taste amazing !!! ��

We called in yesterday for a bacon butty and pot of tea each and even though there were no tables available at that time, the lovely lady who greeted us as the door in ited us to browse the shop and she woukd get us when a table was available, 5 minutes later we were sat down! Its well worth waiting the few minutes for, and even though it did seem a while for our order to be taken, it was clear to see they were busy and serving people in turn and as quickly as possible. Gorgeous food as always, we will be back again soon!

Me, my husband and our daughter travel from Holmfirth for the breakfast and a decent shop every Saturday. Food and staff are brilliant and well worth our money.

Lovely day so decided to have a nice snack whilst enjoying the awesome view, only my second visit, was not disappointed, food fabulous, excellent value, lovely happy friendly staff, oh and bought some great food to take home.

Just walked in and got seated straight away at a table with an amazing view, perfect full English and friendly staff. Also bought some nice cooking sauces from the farm shop!

I used to go to a different farm shop that was closer to home, I need 2 busses and a 20 minute walk to get to Brosters but, man alive, it’s worth it!

The selection and quality of produce available is amazing, I have not had anything even average, let alone bad from there.

Plus Brosters is considerably cheaper than my now ex-farm shop.

Fantastic!!! Bought some wonderfull steaks and chikcken breasts. Great price!! Had a spot of lunch with my wife and daughter in the cafe wich was busy and the service of the staff was excllent, the Steak pie and gravy was amazing!

Bought a beef fillet for New Year’s Eve fantastic absolutely melted in the mouth! Fantastic service as usual was expecting it to be very expensive and although it wasn’t cheap it was very reasonably priced and a treat very much enjoyed by all ! Certainly gave the wow factor to the evening!!

Best farm shop about. Staff are wonderful and will always help you find what you need and advise on best cuts for recipes etc.

Car park Rammed and gridlocked went in could not move, people stopped all over waiting for spaces, this included the overflow car park. Got out eventually did not visit the shop as could not get parked. Cars queuing up the road. Never known is as bad as this. Someone should have been controlling the road in to prevent this being gridlocked. This is a shame as otherwise this is an excellent farm shop with good produce. It’s probably its success and popularity that have caused the parking chaos today.

Turned away with my sleeping son in his buggy. No buggies allowed apparently. I'm furious I've spent a fortune over the last 18 months on maternity leave in the cafe. A walk to get the baby to sleep & then a well earned coffee for mum. And today not welcome despite 4 tables being empty & as we walked out another family took a buggy in b

What's changed? And what's the difference between a buggy or a high chair at the table?

Well that's a few families custom lost. My mum & sisters are regulars too.......not any more - you need to think about your target audience & who pays the wages. Cafes that welcome families will get my business. Back to Bolster Moor it is.

Me and my family have been many times over past few years and regularly buy lots of meat etc there and visit the cafe. Disappointed this afternoon as planned to go to cafe then do monthly shop for meat. Sat at table over 5mins and one waitress clearly saw me and my daughter sat waiting but didn't have the manners to say anything and just ignored us!!. Other staff just chatting and we were even ignored when we walked out! Shame as may have to take my custom elsewhere

Hair in my food was told there was no one there with dark hair then when I left a chef with dark hair appeared and they charged me for food I didn't it!! AVOID
