One common question we always get asked is what the tyre pressure should be on a vehicle. (please note that this varies per vehicle) • • Information on tyre pressure can be found in the following places: • Vehicle handbook... • Information may be printed on a sticker which should be located somewhere near the drivers door frame • • There can be a different pressure requirement for your front tyres versus rear tyres. • • Please ensure that your tyre pressures are topped up and checked at least one hour after driving to ensure that the tyre is cold. • • Important Information - Filling your tyre over the required pressure will leave your tyre bulging which will have an impact on wear around it's central section while also reducing grip and ride quality. • • Under inflating your tyre will have an impact on the tyre flexing too much and also your fuel economy. • • Bsmart Autocentre staff advise on checking your tyres and pressure on a regular basis. Took my Honda Civic EP3 to B Smart for an engine swap. I know a lot of mechanics who would refrain from doing such a massive job, but the guys at B Smart - Dave, Manny and Peter were more than happy to do this for me. They answered any questions I had, gave me some great and honest advice, and are very experienced /knowledgeable mechanics. They cracked on with the job straight away and it was done in no time! They are extremely thorough with their work and only ensure the highest quality. Fantastic customer service, always made to feel welcome! Cannot thank you guys enough! I highly recommend B smart to anybody else out there.

These guy's are the best in the business. Wether its been my Ac that needs regassing or more major mechanical work. Always provided a high level of service. The customer service is top notch, really friendly staff will always come back and recommend you guys to family and friends.

Been using Bsmart for a few years now and the guys are absolutely lovely and very genuine. It's so hard to find a garage that you can trust to do a great job for a fair price and I'm just relieved I found them!

After having a brilliant MoT experience with B-smart I now use them for all my car services. They are trustworthy, reliable, amazing value for money and very friendly professional staff who keep you informed of progress on your car. I certainly recommend B-smart and will use them again.

This company is a total scam. They gave us their site to revamp & we revamped the complete site without any initial payments as promised to pay upon finalizing the work. The conversation can be provided to any person upon request. Now when we got their site live they are not willing to pay us a single penny. Please review their site which is on test link with us .. Think about the people who cheat with the companies & decide it yourself.. If they can cheat professionals, they can cheat anyone...

So dont try and dismiss my review on google and I don’t take kindly to you going through my Facebook to see if dean Allaway and I are connected. I am a customer and have been for years in until now. Currently informing all my friends and family to not use you. At the end of the day, you advised us it was the battery, changed battery, still not solved, therefore to try and blame us for your lack of knowledge. If you weren’t sure of the issues you should have asked, or tried a battery and see if resolved the issue before valued customers poured £90 down the drain on your advice. Poor very poor.

Searched the internet for a while looking for somewhere local to do a proper 4 wheel alignment. Bsmart looked reasonable if a little expensive, must be okay I thought. After the alignment was done I was presented with the "before and after" report that details the geometry measurements before and after they have worked on the car (as is always the case with a four wheel alignment). I could see that a large number of the measurements were still far away from the specifications and a large number were still exactly the same as before, no problem I thought, often components are bent meaning they cannot be adjusted back to spec. I asked about this and was told it was on the limit of adjustment, I asked what was bent, was told nothing was bent, very strange (something has to be worn or bent if it reaches the limit of adjustment before being in spec). When I arrived home I popped the bonnet and couldn't believe what I saw. The front camber is adjusted by means of loosening 3 bolts and sliding the strut top mount side to side within the turret (probably the easiest of all of the adjustments). When the car is new there are little pins in the top mounts to aid with assembly at the factory, these pins have to be popped out with a punch and discarded before adjusting the camber is possible (very, very common system). The pin was STILL in place. Neither top mount had been adjusted! LIERS! It's in the standard factory position, in the middle, no where near the limit of adjustment. On top of this the three nuts had been removed and replaced, probably with an impact gun judging by how tight and rounded they were. Also, the left hand top mount has a big gash in the metal and lots of scratches right through the paint as if it had been hit with a hammer and chisel (there is no concealable reason as to why you would need to do this). There were metal shavings everywhere. On top of this, they had done a similar thing with the rear camber, the steering wheel was no where near straight (how can you get this wrong?), the car drove twice as bad as before and the cherry on the cake is DSC (stability control) now kicks in on gentle left handers due to them mucking up the steering angle sensor. I had to drive to Germany the next morning, I had to knock the pin out and adjust the camber myself with a plum bob before I went. Appalling standard of work, and dishonest. NOT HAPPY.

When the car is new there are little pins in the top mounts to aid with assembly at the factory, these pins have to be popped out with a punch and discarded before adjusting the camber is possible (very, very common system). The pin was STILL in place. Neither top mount had been adjusted! LIERS! It's in the standard factory position, in the middle, no where near the limit of adjustment. On top of this the three nuts had been removed and replaced, probably with an impact gun judging by how tight and rounded they were. Also, the left hand top mount has a big gash in the metal and lots of scratches right through the paint as if it had been hit with a hammer and chisel (there is no concealable reason as to why you would need to do this). There were metal shavings everywhere. On top of this, they had done a similar thing with the rear camber, the steering wheel was no where near straight (how can you get this wrong?), the car drove twice as bad as before and the cherry on the cake is DSC (stability control) now kicks in on gentle left handers due to them mucking up the steering angle sensor. I had to drive to Germany the next morning, I had to knock the pin out and adjust the camber myself with a plum bob before I went. Appalling standard of work, and dishonest. NOT HAPPY.
