Was kindly bought a voucher for 60 minutes treatment and went today for a hot stone massage, back exfoliation and head and scalp massage and was so impressed. Staff were brilliant and I felt truly pampered and relaxed. Brilliant to have somewhere so great on my doorstep.

I'd never heard of Butterfly Beauty before receiving a gift voucher last Christmas for a massage and what a fabulous massage it was! The beauty and newly extended hair salon is a lovely place to relax & feel pampered with even nicer people fantastic at providing the best possible service - I leave always wanting to return for more!!!

I came tonight for the first time for a hot stone massage and an express facial bought through groupon. It was absolutely amazing, loved it, it was so relaxing and the lady doing the massage / facial was brilliant, I am booked in next week for another facial and will definitely be coming more often.

I bought a Groupon for gel fingers and toes, great treatment, lovely salon and friendly staff, will be returning xx

Booked a Groupon for myself and my daughter which consisted of a total of 60 mins of treatment each, we chose the Swedish back massage followed by a facial both 30 mins . OMG both were amazing. Lovely place with lovely staff . Just about to purchase another one . Thankyou we really enjoyed it . �

Been a couple of times now for the 'hot stone' massage and it is amazing so highly recommend it and why not take a friend their is a double room can be booked & cant wait to be taking my little one over Xmas for a tailored made for a 10 year old... thanks Girls and can't wait to return!!! �

Amazing salon like my second home love going and seeing all the girls � they are so lovely nothing is too much trouble !! I bought a wowcher voucher earlier this year. I tried booking my first appointment before the expiry date but they kept delaying it until I was able to finally get them to secure me a booking for today. Each time I tried to book my first appointment, they would make me wait for 4+ weeks.



At no point did they inform me that the delay would affect my ability to use the voucher.



What I found curious was when I rang them the first time, they kept saying the deal shouldn't be active. Additionally, they would make me wait for over a month to book an appointment. The 'salon' is on the outskirts of Wakefield in the middle of nowhere. Not exactly teaming with business. They could have easily booked me within a shorter time frame but they chose not to.



I suspected that because I bought a voucher, they were less inclined to treat me as they would be receiving less money. Their shoddy treatment of another customer who bought a deal through wowcher confirms my suspicions.



Don't agree a deal with wowcher if you're going to whine about the lack of profitability.



"I only get £10 out of the £45" is what the staff told me today before trying to palm me off with paying their normal rates (which aren't worth it). What you get or don't get from wowcher isn't my problem. And delaying the appointment so that you could worm out of upholding your end of the deal is just slimy.



I would encourage everyone to attend the Aspire clinic in Bradford instead of "Butterfly Beauty". Aspire clinics offer excellent and trustworthy customer service.
