Hopefully we won't be affected by the heavy showers this week, but if we are having a flood plan could help keep your family safe and reduce any damage to your property. These templates from the Environment Agency show the kind of information you need to include: http://ow.ly/xAAb30oUGMT

Our Contact Centre is at its busiest on Mondays and every day between 12-2pm. Why not set up a 'My Calderdale' account and beat the queues! It's a fast, safe and more flexible way to access council services. #DoItOnline ow.ly/BjBM30lkTXW
