Customer notice...
a client came into the shop today and spent around £7, and paid using contactless. We didn’t notice at the time, but the card payment declined as a result of the card having expired.
I’m not bothered about the money, as I should have noticed the card was declined, but I just wanted the client to know about her card having expired to avoid any embarrassment in other establishments in the future.
... From recollection I believe she purchased a card for an eleven year old and a small keepsake canvas gift. If this is you, I don’t need the money, but please check your payment cards ASAP.

Jess and Rosie are working hard in the shop today whilst I take a weekend break with my family.
Check out these amazing Minnie Mouse models Jess has made for one of today’s orders 😍 and that’s not the half of it. The ceiling coral is rammed full, and lots of people coming in for purchases that haven’t been preordered.
Please done be offended if Jess can’t squeeze you in today, or asks you to come back to collect later on. A lot of work goes into prepping for weekends, and... if you haven’t preordered, it may be physically impossible to make what you need immediately.

Today shows how building positive working relationships with businesses can pay off.
We carry out work regularly for their Bradford Branch, but today we found ourselves working for the first time at the Guiseley branch of Farnell Jaguar Landrover, prepping for their 2020 Event!
Huge thanks to the fab and friendly team there who are soooo busy it’s untrue!
