New Year News!
Due to recent personal news I've decided to take 3 months break from coaching and spend more time with my family. This will take effect immediately and my coaching will return in April.
I will be doing some work in between, studying, researching, creating, spending time with friends, networking and posting on Facebook when I can.
... It has been a very difficult decision for me. I too have emotions that affect me, I am human and my strategies and tools can only do so much. Self care and balance is so important and so I have made this decision.
I apologise to those that were hoping to work with me. If you would like to meet for a coffee, I can give you some strategies and point you in the direction of some amazing contacts that can help you.
Thank you to everyone who follow and support me and continue to do so. I will be in touch on here in between as me and not a business.

Happy New Year Everyone!
Reflecting back - Wow! What a year it has been.
It has had many ups and downs but I'd like to thank everyone who has supported me this year and who continues to support me.... My wonderful husband and my boys, my fantastic friends old and new, my client's, followers and the amazing coach I follow RuthKudzi.
Looking forward - Over Christmas I've been getting ready for the new year with personal, business and family Goals and gaining Focus and Clarity on what's important right now - all will be revealed soon.

So sorry everyone for there is no Live tonight. I think there is a problem with my WiFi connection using my phone. It keeps disconnecting.
