We would like to address the incident that took place on Saturday night when one of our operators refused to take a booking from a customer with an assistance dog.
We are obligated BY LAW to accept assistance dogs & NO driver or operator is allowed to decline them regardless of religious beliefs or personal dislike towards them. However, we must point out that dogs that are not used for assistance purposes can be refused.
We would also like to stress that this was an isolated... incident.
We did in fact provide the same customer transport with the assistance dog earlier in the evening. The customer incorrectly stated that they had been refused by the whole firm & every driver when they rang for their return. This was not the case, they were refused by an operator who was only on his 2nd day of training & therefore he was not aware of every rule/regulation & law of the business.

Apologies to all our customers this morning. We have been running very very late. This is due to roadworks & temporary lights in whitwood near the rising sun pub. It has taken our drivers 20-30 minutes to get down there & back up and as such a lot of our bookings have been made late.

Very short notice booking for a six seater, rang at 2315 there as promised in five mins, lovely friendly driver very polite, price for four adults two kids was cheaper than a bus would have been, will use again and happy to recommend to every one �

Taxis all ways late never on time then when drivers turn up some are ignorant talking to you like crap this not only happened once but a few times �

Just returned home in one of your taxis which was pre booked from Cas Town centre and feel like the driver tried to pull a fast one..... I could see the pda on the windscreen for a fixed fare of £8. We dropped our friends in townville who paid £5 and continued to Nevison where the driver wanted to charge a further £8 making the journey £13. I rang and confirmed the full fare with the office which should have been £8... Therefore the driver was trying to charge £5 more for the journey I'd booked :( Not happy!

Ordered a large car for a disabled person and shopping after loading all the shopping and the wheelchair packed up the driver said he could not take us when i called to make a complaint and the opperater hung up and told us to fuck off this is the worst taxi service i have ever recived and not 2 seconds a large car appered for another person i will not be ordering a taxi from here again piss poor service

Booked a taxi was told 15 minutes which was fine after 20 mins I called to be told was on way I then got a message saying the driver was 5 minutes away then couldn’t view this on the tracker call the office again to be told they had called me but no answer I had my phone in my hand the whole time no one called

I then had to wait another 5 minutes

I have uses loads of time but was disgusted

Won’t be in a hurry to use again

if your busy just say then people can make other arrangements!!
