Here are some images of our CG Motorsport 385 sport clutch kit We have machined the customers Volvo B230 flywheel to accept our 385 sport cover also a custom made drive plate to fit ford Cosworth gearbox the release bearing has also been modified 385 lb/ ft torque road use We love these jobs.

Always nice to create something old into something new,as you can see we started with a leaf spring from a trailer,we then cut it down to size .then we milled a subtle design in to it ,then turned down some brass with a nice detailed finish. This is for the boss mans chopper he’s building so I wonder what the next surprise is ?

So it’s always nice to do something a bit different .we designed and laser cut a stronger backing plate and made a new sprung 25 x 10 teeth drive plate for the direct drive transmission for a Volvo engined Penta AQ 130 cruise boat

We had a S14 Driftcar here with a 2jz conversion on a bmw 530d gearbox and adapter kit. That had never been started, after the ecu was wired in and engine started, the clutch engagement problems became apparent. After removing the gearbox, we found it had no adaptor shaft so input shaft went into flywheel to support it. The company that supplied it was no help. Mick at cg machined us up an adaptor for it from measurements we sent and sent it out asap. A massive Thank You to Mick, worked a treat! Car can go to modified nationals now. ���

Purchased a 6 puk clutch and flywheel kit for my saab 9-3 2.8 turbo and has been a really good kit.



And today I was struggling getting a clutch for a old camper van so gave cg a ring and said come through we will sort you out with one. A1 service

Phoned CG Motorsport to enquire about building a clutch for my Vivaro. I wanted a clutch that was suitable for 200bhp / 350ftlb.

After a good chat we decided to give it a go, only concern was how much driveabillity would be affected as this van was my everyday drive. Credit due to Mick, he said he will do his best. The clutch arrived quicker than expected, and when he said they would do their best they were not kidding. It was a work of art.. and more importantly it drives like a standard clutch (Just a little heavier on peddle). Big thanks to the team at CG Motorsport for exceeding my expectations ��

I've been running a CG Motorsport 666 performance clutch and lightweight single-mass flywheel on my tuned Vectra VXR for the best part of a year. I can't fault the kit, which has been more than happy to cope with the 422.90lb/ft torque being thrown at it. The car is often driven in slow traffic during my slog to the office and back (two hours each way). Despite its performance credentials, the 666 kit is just as comfortable to live with in these driving conditions as it is when I'm planting the throttle. Improved acceleration and a more rapid rise through the rev range were noticed immediately after installation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CG Motorsport products to anyone looking to replace a worn or factory-spec clutch and/or flywheel on a modified performance vehicle. Reassuringly, the company's highly knowledgeable staff deliver excellent customer service.

I run car that requires a bespoke clutch, i run a larger gearbox than standard.



I sent my organic clutch as a reference and gave all the info i could supply re power and setup.



They went out of their way to find the correct release bearing which i couldn't find anywhere.



The paddle clutch and pressure plate i received is perfect and works VERY well. I drift, so i give it plenty of abuse every time i drive the car. 6 months in and it hasn't missed a beat.



Never mind using Facebook, call them for your needs and you will not be disappointed.

I have had 2 4 puck clutches n flywheels off these guys and what can I say perfection the one I have just brought is for my Audi A4 quattro 18t and build quality and customer service the dogs danglers just got to do my run in period and I cam let it off n feel the benefits of there superb set ups cheers guys you are the best

Great service and really pleasant and friendly people

Got my clutch done by these guys the other day and they went above and beyond for me and got it done 10x faster than I thought they would at prices you can’t argue with, also had a good chat about what I would need for the next stage of my build.. will definitely be going back when I need another upgrade. Highly recommend.

Got a new 6 paddle for my rb20det from CG - really (I mean REALLY) quick build, great to deal with linda and mick plus the clutch itself is a proper piece of kit - can't recommend them enough.

Could not have asked for a better service! CG made me up a 4 puk clutch kit for my vr6 turbo conversion in record time, and got it out to me at short notice. Amazing customer service, massive thanks to Linda and the rest of the guys!! Will definitely use CG for any future needs!!

Class bunch of lads done my flywheel in a crack looks positively like new definitely recommend them !!!!!

Been today for my clutch top guys did it while I waited A*** highly recommended �

After having had a clutch issues on my MG ZR race car, we sent the clutch rang CG Motorsport to discuss what we could do. The help and customer service we have received along with the quick turn around is brilliant! Can’t wait to get the new clutch back and get it fitted ��

A bit disappointed with these guys, great service, real quick turn around and then they sent my clutch to totally the wrong place, I guess if it's a one off we can deal with that but apart from mistake from them I've been really happy let's hope my clutch arrives to the right address tomorrow

Terrible customer service and kits sold don’t fit

Had nothing but problems with this 666 kit from the start and now 3 bleed valves 2 slave cylinders and over £1000 later I'm back to my duel mass flywheel and LUK clutch. Terrible customer service as well I'd avoid this company unless you have money to throw away!
