CLIPPERS - We are currently looking for Saturday and Sunday clippers to start in September. Choose whether you want a Saturday or Sunday job and be guaranteed hours every week on the day you choose. The shifts vary in times and you will receive a 30 minute unpaid break on every 6 hour shift. Applicants must be 16+. We are keen to find someone who has a bubbly fun personality as you will be working closely with children of all ages and abilities.... We can get very busy at times so require our staff to be punctual, reliable and work well under pressure. There is also a chance to pick up extra shifts in the school holidays and some evenings. Full training will be given in all areas you are expected to work. CAFÉ STAFF WANTED - Part time shifts available, and to work throughout the school holidays.

A person with experience running a café with all the Health and Safety regulations that requires, someone with an obsession for cleanliness and order. Clip’nClimb Ilkley's QUIET HOUR will be running throughout the Summer holidays. Dates currently available to book are:
22nd July 2018 5th August 2018... 19th August 2108 2nd September 2018 16th September 2018 30th September 2018 All sessions above are Sundays 9.30am-10.30am.
Keep an eye on our page as we are planning on adding more dates and times.
These sessions have been specially created for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We want all children and adults to enjoy our facilities.
These sessions will offer a quieter hour, with more support. There will be limited spaces available, so the arena doesn’t have too many in at once. These sessions will not be available to book online, customers will need to book through staff.
Our safety briefing will be different for each individual child and adult, so they can understand. There will be no flashing lights or loud music. Parents/carers can stay with the children at all times if they wish and do not have to climb.
Extra support with climbing will be available from our Trained staff. The climbers can come out for a rest at any time. Siblings can climb together.
These sessions will also be ideal for young climbers that may not have been before, our staff can help build confidence and support our more nervous climbers.
Ages 4 yrs up to any age.

If you are planning on visiting Clip’nClimb Ilkley anytime soon it is very important you bring the correct footwear with you.
Trainers are best for our walls.
... We would like to ask that you don’t wear:
•Climbing shoes •Wellies •Crocs •Heelys/wheeled skate shoes •open toed shoes •boots
The reason for this is because these types of shoes can cause damage to our walls, chipping paintwork or leaving marks on our walls. They are also not safe for climbing, Wellies can easily fall off at a height and hit someone below. Open toed sandals/shoes may cause injury to the climbers.
We do not have spare shoes to loan out.
We want everyone to have fun and be safe whilst climbing with us.

We are based right at the end of Ilkley train station. It’s literally on our doorstep 😉 and the bus stop is right next door too!
We are set in the perfect location for you to travel by train or bus to us.
... If you are travelling by car you can park in the Station Plaza car park next to Ilkley train station for up to 2 and 1/2 hours for free. This is situated along station road. You can also park in the car park in the centre of town (this one is pay and display) and we are only a short walk away from here. Head up to the top of town and towards Pizza express, we are just around the corner.

We went to the 'Quiet Hour' session today - it was lovely. My 5 year old was pretty excited but very nervous about going high and the staff were so great with her. They found her a wall she could manage - with regular hand and foot holds so her vision didn't hinder her, and then one staff member climbed with her to help her confidence till she was happy doing it by herself. She was sooo pleased to reach the top and then just repeated the experience for the rest of the session! Great that siblings can go as well. We will definitely be going again.

We brought a group of Rainbow Guides to Clip ‘n’ climb earlier this week and had a fantastic time! Our littlest and quietest girls were whizzing up and down walls in no time, and the leaders enjoyed it too! Easy access from the train station and a great group booking rate meant it was really affordable for the group. Will be back �

Brilliant place, I brought my daughter yesterday. She wasn't very confident to start off with but Leonie was amazing with her and before we knew it she was climbing right to the top! Such a brilliant person to have working with young children and a great venue! 100% coming again and highly recommend to anyone 😊

I took my 3year old little boy to a tots session. He was hesitant to put the harness on but the staff were so helpful and soon persuaded him it was ok. He absolutely loved the session! A great was to burn off some energy. We will definitely be back for more! Thank you x
