But more of an informed choice of what's the danger foods when it comes to focusing on your diet.
Regardless of what your reps, weight loss centre leaders and everyone else with access to Google .... The calorie is king when it comes to weightloss.

Whilst a Maccy Ds every now and then won't do you a great deal of harm ... consistent over eating and under moving will do.
Adding a big tasty meal to your normal daily diet will often put you waaaay over your daily energy requirements.
