Woke up this morning close to tears with how awful my skin was, dry and painful. Cannot thank Charlotte enough for my ESPA facial tonight and for talking me through the whole process. It made such a difference to my mood being able to talk and blink without it hurting plus the visual difference I saw in the mirror. I have my eyebrows HD Expressed. I go every month .Nicky who does them is great. And all the staff are lovely.

I came for my first visit on Saturday. The salon is beautiful. Staff were all friendly polite and professional and we were made to feel very welcome. I will definitely be back.

Booked myself in for a couple of treatments this week with Nikki - Espa facial, pedicure and manicure. Espa facial was fabulous really relaxing, loved the choice of products and my skin felt great afterwards. Manicure and pedicure both great also, Just what I needed for a little treat. Always find the staff to be friendly and professional and knowledgeable about the products. Was also invited to be a model for a make up demonstration while I was there which was a definite bonus! The back massage I had was amazing but Unfortunately the building work next door spoiled the whole experience of a relaxing massage.

Very disappointed with customer service, been in contact 3 times re IPL but still waiting a call back. Will be going elsewhere.
