These guys are the Dogs Bollocks when it comes to craftsmanship. Had my cue adjusted and repaired. They listened carefully to what I wanted and the cue came back exactly how I wanted it. Do not go anywhere else.

The guys @ Craftsman Cues are simply FANTASTICO..!!!!! Always amaze me some of the work they do on new and old cues, wether it's simply repairs to splices that have moved, re-butting to lengthen, shortening and tapering or even if you want a new cue making with exotic woods, they always come up with an amazing finished product.. Hats off to Dave and Simon Brown and Robert Silverwood, you guys are Brill, keep up the great work you do to local snooker clubs and pubs, players, Professional and top Amateurs, for many good years to come.. My son bought his first cue today. Massive choice and great to be able to try out the cues on their full size table. I think i might be back for myself one!!

Left my very poorly self-repaired cue with these blokes to try sort out the mess I’d made and they’ve done a magical job with it. Wouldn’t even tell it ever broke.

Looks brand new again. Sanded the entire shaft to get the cracks out, repolished it and retipped it. Beautiful job. All for £12!!

to snooker, so can use it for both pool and Snooker...and it is still perfic in every way ���

I did business with these guys over the phone to have a new shaft made for a Dragon cue. Really friendly service and they were very patient with me considering I didn't know too much about what I was asking for. Communication was good throughout and I feel like I've paid a great price considering the excellent finish. I definitely would recommend Craftsman Cues to anyone!

Got a beautiful cue made by Craftsman themselves. Also I took along a cue I'd bought from them over 10yrs ago and they put a new tip on for me, no charge, which was a nice touch and shows they respect repeat customers.

Craftsman cues made me a custom made cue recently, I took it home and found that I hadn't requested the tip small enough so I took it back where I was refunded fully no questions asked



I later decided to have the cue altered again which they agreed on at no extra cost, now the cue is just perfect and I am very happy with the service provided, it's an excellent place to visit for trying out cues and there isn't much they can't do there regarding alterations,

Bought a cue from these guys yesterday after my team captain told me about them, went home happy as larry!! Tried a few cues out on the pool table and found the right one at a decent price!! Would definitely recommend to friends :)

Bought a Maximus cue which is fantastic, tried it out in the shop for hours before I made up my mind. All staff were knowledgable and helpful, I enjoyed spending my money there!

Best cue makers around. Had my cue 7 years now, fancied a change so I bought a john parris, custom made Trevor white, cue craft triumph, but none play as well as my craftsman so sticking with the old faithful, excellent after sales care too, had 3 mates go buy their cues there too and they say the same
