We've been to Crafty Owls twice now (or four times if you include collecting items) with our little girl and each time we have been met with a warm welcome. We've found that painting pottery is weirdly addictive and the atmosphere is fantastic - completely de-stressing - which can only be added to by having one of their delicious hot chocolates in my opinion � The owners are absolutely lovely and clearly enjoy what they do as they're both so enthusiastic and helpful, with children and adults alike, no matter your creativity or skill level. There's a huge range of different items to paint and we now have both the memories of painting with our daughter and her creations to treasure. Can't recommend Crafty Owls enough!

We visited today (5 babies and 5 mamas) and the service we received was fantastic! We had loads of fun!! We were very well catered for and facilities were really good!

During our visit there were 10 babies and 10 mums in the shop in three different groups and everyone was enjoying painting! Crafty owls is a great place for a play date! Thank you so much to the owner! We can’t wait to pick up our hand and foot prints! (Plates, coasters and baubles)

We visited Crafty Owls on Saturday on the boys request (age 3 and 4), they remembered going when they were younger and asked to go back to paint something new. We really enjoyed our visit, we were met with a warm welcome and shown to a table, giving us everything we needed to get stared. The boys loved painting their items, my youngest chose a frog money box, and my oldest a jug. We can’t wait to collect the items and see how they have turned out. We will definitely visit again. The boys also enjoyed throwing money in the well outside and having a run around the town. Thank you Crafty Owls for such a great painting experience.

Visited today with my sister and five nephews. We all had a great time and can’t wait to pick up our piece of artwork. Even the eldest at nearly 14 said he didn’t want to do one but then ended up spending 3.5hrs painting a detailed design on a mug. I know if they had been busier we may have been kicked out but they didn’t once try and rush us. Thank you so much, and for your patience. We had a fab day and will definitely be back �

The kids and myself loved our visit to the shop on Tuesday they really enjoyed themselves. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The kids ask me every day when will their car and giraffe be ready as they can’t wait to see how they turn out! We will definitely be returning soon

Our 5 year old daughter and 10 little friends had a party here led by the Crafty Owls team. The party was perfect with all enjoying themselves immensely. Great choice of pottery to paint, Good size room and good length of party. Thank You Crafty Owls - we are looking forward to picking up the finished results when they come out of the kiln.

Yesterday we had her 6th birthday party for 24 kids, I was a bit anxious about the numbers I'd invited but the party was a complete success. All the staff are very attentive, especially Millie who interacts really well with the children. I would totally recommend this place, and we will be back soon! ���������

My daughter attended her friends birthday party here 2day and I thought it was amazing the staff were so friendly and helpful and the party host was fab with all the children. My daughter chose a unicorn and she can't wait to receive it and we will deffo be back would recommend to everybody ���

My daughter Hannah had her birthday party at the weekend, thank you to Crafty Owls for making it so special. The staff were amazing and the party went well with everyone enjoying painting there chosen animal. Would recommend to anyone looking for a party venue or to anyone who enjoys painting pottery.

I took my guide unit to Crafty Owls for a trip out and for an alterative mothers day gift for them to decorate what a lovely evening we had, on arrival everything was set up some lovely colours for them, the girls decorated the pieces of pottery which were very reasonably priced. Julian was so helpful and was showing them how to get different textures and styles from the brushes and by using the thing pots. Once they had finished the items, the girls got a bit of information about what happens to the butterflies and how they get glazed and some facts and figures about the kiln.

I couldn't recommend Crafty Owls enough, we will defiantly be coming back again. Thanks again - 23rd Wakefield Guides

I took my 6 year old son here today as a treat and couldn't praise it highly enough! My son and I have our little tradition of painting Christmas decorations every year and usually go to another pottery studio further away. I am so so pleased we have discovered crafty owls!!! It's closer to home, the staff are really lovely and friendly and the items available were varied and reasonably priced. It was a very lovely encouraging and relaxing atmosphere and I'm already looking forward to coming back next week with my other son for a story and paint session! Would highly recommend crafty owls x

I attended the slime workshop today with my 5 year old daughter, I’ve been to a few sessions here and this was one of the best. All the children loved it and even better getting to take your slime home along with the info needed to make it at home! Thanks guys we’ll be back soon! �

Had such a lovely afternoon painting special Santa plates with my two boys! � the owner and staff are so friendly and helpful and made our visit really enjoyable! Such a cute little place i love it! Thanks very much we ll definitely be coming again! x

Another lovely evening at the regular 'Adults' only evening. Have been coming here now for a good few months, it is a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and Kirsten and Julian are always happy to help and advise. I'm no 'painter' but find this experience relaxing as well as creative and I'm building quite a collection. We have also been on a number of occasions with the children, they love it, so for those who haven't been, give it a try it's great.

Absolutely amazing place we have had a few visits now and each time we are happy with service, support and help we receive. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere and we have created some great pieces.

It's closer to home, the staff are really lovely and friendly and the items available were varied and reasonably priced. It was a very lovely encouraging and relaxing atmosphere and I'm already looking forward to coming back next week with my other son for a story and paint session! Would highly recommend crafty owls x

I attended the slime workshop today with my 5 year old daughter, I’ve been to a few sessions here and this was one of the best. All the children loved it and even better getting to take your slime home along with the info needed to make it at home! Thanks guys we’ll be back soon! �

Came to my friends little ones party on Sunday (Jessica)and it was amazing! My little boy had such a good time he's so shy but the girls took so much time and effort with him they really did go the extra mile! Highly recommended! Thank you

Called in today with my 6 year old daughter .. Was a wonderful atmosphere and real value for money .. We picked a unicorn money box ... We got 2 hours to complete it and didn’t feel rushed at all ... Loads of wonderful paints and colours to choose from .. Can’t wait to pick it up ... Highly recommend �

Another lovely evening at the regular 'Adults' only evening. Have been coming here now for a good few months, it is a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and Kirsten and Julian are always happy to help and advise. I'm no 'painter' but find this experience relaxing as well as creative and I'm building quite a collection. We have also been on a number of occasions with the children, they love it, so for those who haven't been, give it a try it's great.

Absolutely amazing place we have had a few visits now and each time we are happy with service, support and help we receive. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere and we have created some great pieces.
