At Cumbria Medical Services we aim to see patients within 6 weeks of your referral. We can also offer to put you on a cancellation board, where you can potentially be seen sooner. Ask our admin staff on booking for more information.

Our community eye care service provides care for a wide range of eye conditions including minor surgery where it is needed.

Our minor surgery team provide a hernia service, hand surgery- including carpal tunnel release and trigger finger, no scalpel vasectomy and simple excisions/ biopsies.

Our Dermatology team deal with 99% of skin problems including most skin cancers. We can improve common skin disorders like eczema, psoriasis, actinic keratosis, acne, nail and scalp disorders.

Cumbria Medical Services are GPs with specialist extended roles providing dermatology, minor surgery and ophthalmology appointments in the community across North Cumbria since 2013.

Some of our lovely admin and healthcare ladies went for a social evening last night to the local escape room in Workington. Both teams managed to break out in time so they can still attend clinics and answer your calls in the office today. Our clinics are all finished until the New Year; however our fantastic admin team will be in the office answering the phones for a few days over the festive period to help you with any bookings, questions or queries you may have.
