Currys Pc World Featuring Carphone Warehouse

I have had to visit Currys on two occassions to return items. I would like to thank Keith and Julie on the returns desk for their very friendly manner and the way they dealt with our exchange on very busy days.

Unhelpful staff need training in cutomer services shame pc world are part of currys as pc world 100%better customer service

Whatever you do don't buy a laptop from here. A 5* business achieves that status not when things are going right, but with how they deal with customers when things go wrong. Needless to say I would give PC world zero stars if it was an option. I have a laptop which is only a few months old and has been faulty from the start. Yet they refuse to repair it and blame me for the fault! I bought in good faith and was sold a faulty machine which was made worse after they had it in to look at it. It is now fit for the bin and cost me £550 and is only 8 months old. Please think carefully before purchasing anything from here - good customer service is something which there is a distinct lack of when things go wrong.

We went in yesterday for me to buy a laptop, fair enough I understand they are busy but to have staff stood around but not being able to help because 'they wasn't allowed to sell laptops' is ludicrous. Staff wasn't helpful at all, so we walked out, it may have only been a 150 pound laptop in the sale but I wonder if it would have been different

If it had been a more expensive one!

Remembrance day - 11/11/2016 Kudos to the store for putting out an announcement that there would be a 2 minute silence to be observed at 11 AM. Shame on one of the sales store staff though.. One guy continued to speak loudly to a potential customer about the virtues of an inkjet printer and why she should buy it at £200 as it takes extra high capacity ink bottles!! He ignored the PA messages that were put out before 11, and at 11 and 11:02

Poor service,from you a month without a washing machine is notgood enough after playing £5-50 a month since december 2012 and this is the service i get. Ive 5 kids and cant wash anything looks like they are putting uniform on inside out tomorrow
