Worse experience, should have read the reviews. Such liars as they never give call back and raise customer expectations. I wish I had trained them on customer service. Once again waiting for a call back to pick my laptop.

Took a Samsung tablet in as software appears to have died while still under guarantee and was told it would have to go back to Samsung- fair enough. I was told it probably wouldn't be back until this Tuesday - fair enough. I was told I would get a call when it came back and they would leave a message if I didn't answer because I can't at work.

Its now Thursday so I thought I'd ring and check on it - unfortunately the number is a central number....the computer generated switchboard didn't recognise my reference number 3 times then put me onto speak to an advisor - thanks that's what I would like...a human being......11 minutes 55 seconds and the call was ended at their end!

Not one to give up easily I dialled again.....ref number still not recognised but eventually an advisor answered.....said ooo that could take at least 2 weeks....why? How difficult is it to fix a tablet? Or replace it? And why was I told a week? She asked which store....ohhh I thought I was ringing my store! Anyway she put me through which rang and rang and rang and after 12 minutes 5 seconds it was ended at their end!

Absolute rubbish customer service....will now go to the store and queue forever as there is only one person on repairs and guessing I'll be told it's not back yet!

Bring back direct dialling where even a new starter could answer a call and get someone to ring back if they're busy ....or tell me to ring again in a few days!

There are usually at least 5 or 6 sales people loitering and waiting to pounce so why can't they help the repair person out?

PC World on Leeds Road. I would highly recommend AVOIDING at all costs. The most incompetent service ever!!!



Three weeks ago we bought the student Excel/Word package. Brought it home and couldn't get it work. It took three different staff and three separate trips to the store before it was established that we'd not been charged for it in the first place which is why it wasn't working!!



Last week we ttook Emily's laptop in on Tuesday for a virus removing. They rang yesterday to confirm it was ready. Today we went to collect it and they'd LOST it!! Took them an hour to find it!



I've sat there for three hours over the past two weeks at their information desk and have seen so many people come in with complaints. I mentioned this to a member of staff who said "yes it's terrible, we tell the management but they don't care and don't do anything about it".



They are short staffed. The staff are miserable and agree with the complaints they're receiving.



It is absolutely APPALLING!

Be careful and read the fine print before purchasing extra cover for your items.
