Wednesday photos..Friday..online..Sunday 6 Viewings and Monday SOLD ! Found our dream home (being sold by Dan) and he literally made it all happen - he pulled out all the stops to get our house on the market (with fantastic photos and floor plan) 2 days after we viewed the house we wanted, sold our home within 10 days (while we were on holiday!) and worked closely with us and our seller during all that time so we didn't lose that house. We had a few unexpected issues in the chain during the buying process but Dan was on it - working with all the people and solicitors to keep things moving and kept us up to date. He is brilliant, always contactable and a nice guy to boot - even called in on moving day with a card! Thanks again Dan!

Can not thank Dan enough for all the effort he put into when buying a house from him, responded straight away always went that extra mile to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Apologies in advance, but as a Training Consultant, if I have a class of 8 people and one person gets it wrong and everyone else gets it right, then it’s normally a good indicator of what's happening. I’m not saying that levels of service are always consistent (although that’s the pinnacle), however I am astonished that the review below mentions the disparity in what everyone else seems to have experienced. “If you want to use an estate agent that doesn’t bring any paperwork to the visit, doesn’t give you any comparables, doesn’t even give you a written down quote, a for sale sign or a sold sign without you having to ask for one…” If Dan had pitched up at ours without any paperwork or comparables (never mind the rest), he would have been out of the door very swiftly and we would have gone with another agent. Manning Stainton tried to bribe us with chocolate. Which didn't work.



But thankfully, the experience we had with our sale and purchase was managed above and beyond the levels of our expectations. It was a challenging purchase (the sale was straight-forward), mainly because of issues at the top of the chain but mainly due to the ineptitude of the vendor’s estate agents. However the team at DPSH were absolutely superb. Although we dealt mainly with Charlotte throughout the process, Wendy and Harry were always on hand if needed. The level of communication was outstanding and all issues were dealt with in a professional and with the highest levels of efficiency. Even when some of the staff were on a day off!



It took a good 12 weeks for us to complete (it felt infinitely longer), but without the efforts of Charlotte co-ordinating everything as we moved towards exchange and completion, it might have stretched out to another couple of weeks (again, down to laziness and ineptitude on the part of others). So thank you once again for everything you did for us and although we probably won’t see you again, you will certainly be given the highest recommendation! Thanks again…

Nothing is too much trouble and he will go that extra mile to get the results you want, I can't recommend him highly enough! A good estate agent should be there to guide you through the process. They shouldn’t be asked, a month into the process when everything started to go wrong, to actually help out and communicate with us, by our solicitor of all people. I spoke to Dan and told him that I wasn’t happy that his company ignored us, and he apologised and said he’d taken on too much work and that he’d learn from it going forward and that he’d not given us a good service. I expected some sort of communication from then on, even just the odd phone call to make up for things, but again nothing.



If you want to use an estate agent that doesn’t bring any paperwork to the visit, doesn’t give you any comparables, doesn’t even give you a written down quote, a for sale sign or a sold sign without you having to ask for one. Then doesn’t bother to contact you at all throughout the process, until the solicitor asks him to intervene, then again doesn’t bother, after apologising and saying that he will learn from it going forward, then use this company. If you want an agent that respects each customer and doesn’t make excuses, then go for a high street brand. Yes they may cost you more money but it’s worth it.



I’d heard great things about this company (recommended by our solicitor) and of course expected a level of service, but that was lacking in every way possible. Yes we sold our house quickly but that was not down to any effort on Dan Pearce’s part, more a very well presented house at the right price. The house even went on the internet two days after it was promised to be published. Oh and I told the agent what it was worth. If we’d have gone with him, we’d be sitting here £10k down.



Wish we’d gone with William H Brown who engaged with our buyers (who sold through them) at every stage and were brilliant.



Sorry Dan Pearce but you know you let us down. Maybe don’t take too much work on in future and service the clients you have on your books properly. We just wanted the odd phone call asking how things were going on, we didn’t expect you to completely forget we even existed and let us deal with the stress when it all went wrong ourselves, we really were not asking for much at all. I’d never use you again, ever and I’m even more annoyed that you took the full payment, despite knowing you’d let us down.

Wednesday photos..Friday..online..Sunday 6 Viewings and Monday SOLD ! The whole team new we needed a quick sale due to wanting to offer on another house and that’s what we got thank you to you and Wendy for answering all my random emails and passing info back between all involved! All un packed and settled in thanks again!!

Was a bit sceptical at first as we had only ever used a big named estate agent in the past but decided to give DPSH a try. Dan and his team got to work immediately and within the same week we had several viewings and several offers. A few weeks later the right offer came in. Not too long after that DPSH marketed a property that we fell in love with which we moved into last week. They are a great friendly bunch whilst remaining very professional at the same time. Dan Pearce had a sold sign outside our house within 5 weeks of it being first listed. The photos he takes for the listing are really well done an look excellent.
