Hi, my name is Claire and I qualified in Reflexology in 2014.

I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and also a Diploma in Antatomy & Physiology.

I'm based in Pudsey, Leeds and work from a warm and inviting therapy room I have at home. I'm also able to do mobile appointments for people who are unable to drive /travel etc.

I'm passionate about my work and absolutely love seeing the benefits my clients have from their treatments.

Reflexology is an applied pressure therapy that involves stimulating reflex points that are located on the foot.
