Domino'S Pizza

No problems for me whatsoever so defo 5*

Minor Issue last night and simply rectified by Chantelle. Great Customer Service!!

Sends me lots of offers via SMS but never for the size base they do that's gluten free. Can't they see the majority of my orders are gluten free?

Ordered 2 pizzas both had lots of salt, could actually taste salt whilst eating then dehydrated all night. Won't be using Domino's again.

Wot a pile of crap almost 20 quid for a large pizza wiv no chuffing topping robbing gets should be ashamed of ur self's

Usually have no problem, but 2 hours and 10 minutes after ordering, the pizzas had yet to arrive, during this time two phone calls, one 45 mins after ordering, and one 40 minutes after that we were informed it would not be long...... By the third phone call, we were told that they had orders sent in half an hour before that they had not started on; but still no explanation, apology or good will gesture for having waited so long. Then when stated we wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, they at first seemed reluctant but as we said we didn't want to have a pizza that was cooked and been sat in a box over an hour as it was out for delivery as it wouldn't be nice at all. In the end the refund was agreed but still have to wait 3-4 days for that to happen, overall very unhappy with tonight's service as if they'd only said how swamped they were the first time we would have offered to pick it up ourselves and save them delivering it, however no information was giving on he first two phone calls other that it wouldn't be long ( it was ) and that it was out for delivery ( like it had been for 40+ minutes)

Shocking waste of time they got nothing right!!!!!!

Pizza was cold and hardly any toppings..... threw it in the bin and complained



......No Refund offered
