Dottie Biscuit are makers of beautiful hand iced biscuits.
As artisan bakers with a passion for making biscuits, we want each one to taste delicious and look fantastic. Every single biscuit is carefully crafted by hand and finished with luxurious royal icing.
Based on a recipe which is more than 100 years old, all of our creations contain the finest ingredients to produce rich buttery biscuits. Then, to turn a great taste into a feast for the eye, each biscuit is iced by hand with as much artistry as we can muster.
We produce beautiful biscuits in almost every size, shape, colour you can think of and probably quite a few others as well!
Dottie Biscuit can make specially designed and personalised biscuits for Corporate Events, Weddings, Parties, Birthdays and Anniversaries etc - we even print images onto our biscuits!

Tractor biscuits will be available at Bowling Green Primary School coffee morning this Weds 14th in aid of Harry's Tractor! Lots going on to raise money to build a tractor in the school playground in memory of a former pupil who has sadly passed away.
A lucky primary class will be receiving personalised biscuits from their teacher for Christmas!🎄🎅
