Yoga for Runners (all levels) Tuesdays 12:30-1:30pm * improve mobility, flexibility and alignment to enhance running form * stretch the muscles that typically become tight for runners * increase body and breath awareness ... * recovery for your body and relaxation for your mind!
Class spaces are limited to 10 people per class to ensure high quality instruction is delivered along with individual correction and attention for all. Mats will be provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own to the studio.
Dates Due to the number of bank holidays between now and the end of May, the next block of 6 will begin on: Monday 3rd June for Strength and Conditioning Tuesday 4th June for Yoga.
The Running and Movement Studio will be closed on Early May Bank Holiday Monday (6th May). Spring Bank Holiday Monday (27th May) opening times are to be confirmed. Drop-ins are available throughout April and May for both the Strength & Conditioning and Yoga classes.
Prices Standard price: £45 for 6 classes (£7.50 per class) Drop-in £8.50 (if space is available).
Discount price: £39 for 6 classes (£6.50 per class) Drop-in £7.50 (if space is available).

Since joining I am much stronger at the end of races and training runs and have achieved personal bests in each race distance I’ve ...entered (5k, 10k and 10 mile) knocking nearly 5 minutes off my 10 mile PB and getting a course PB of over 6 and a half minutes.
