Well happy with the bed all tho the wooden slats wer abit to big so had cut down a litle to fit other than that great my partner is well happy and was delivered on the day was arranged thanks guys would recommend ÔŅĹ

Totally impressed with this company .. received my bed on Saturday the delivery drivers brought the bed up to my flat , nothing was to much for them . The company keep me Up to date in the week when it was coming and then sent me a message with a time slot and the drive also called to give me another time slot and was there within that time .. the bed is beautiful really impressed with it it’s great quality and comfortable it was easy to put together . Will definitely be recommending to friends and family . Also I keep asking loads of question and they dealt with it brilliant !!

Ordered swan sleigh divan bed absolutely love it beautiful..had a slight issue with the brackets (didn’t have the right one fitted on foot end) when contacted with the problem they sent out the brackets straight away!

Got our double sleigh bed today. A week late though as last week delivery drivers broke down. .I understand independent company but I've suffered sleeping on a mattress for past week! Regardless I am over the moon with the bed. Amazing design. .very sturdy structure. .so easy to put together. In it now after a very long week and lots of aches and pains from sleeping practically on the floor. ÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹ

Absolutely love my bed, stands out, comfortable and good quality! Delivered from Leeds to Stafford with no issues. The only thing I would say is that you should give customer the option for set up delivery as I wasn’t made aware you did it this. Saying that I had no problems with setting this up myself and all parts were there! Thanks I have already recommended you to a few people!

Ordered a sleigh bed as an xmas present, when they rang to confirm delivery date i was told they would call 1 or 2 hours before theyd arrive, they rang 20 mins before so i had to rush back from work to find them waiting impatiently for me, they unloaded the bed and dumped it in the sitting room and left as fast as they could, when putting the bed together we then realised they had delivered the wrong latts and mattress!!! Leaving us with no bed as already got rid of old bed to make room for new one. We had to resort to going to b and q to get correct size latts cut which manager sent us the money to do so, and was promised the correct mattress would be with us the 28th, this was lies as now being told it wont be here till next week!!! Absolute joke xmas ruined! Manager apologetic and has tried to get this sorted but courier company refusing to sort out the mess they have caused!! Waiting on courier details so can blast them myself! The bed itself is lovely just disappointed about the cock up

Delivery driver called as was lost in the village and said ‚Äėfuck this‚Äô slammed bed down in my lounge most likely broke now. Disgusting service.

I‚Äôd like to leave a very honest review. Please shop around before purchasing. Or if you‚Äôve ordered a bed already, don‚Äôt listen to them when they say you can‚Äôt cancel. Beds aren‚Äôt great. Paid ¬£450 for a Super Kingsize with ‚Äúmemory foam‚ÄĚ mattress. First of all one of the support beams never arrived with the rest of the bed. My girlfriend was home alone and asked if they could help her upstairs with it. They declined. When I got home I rang the driver about the support beam. I was told it would be fine with one? Then was told by the lady at the ‚Äúoffice‚ÄĚ that I could either wait till Wednesday to get one delivered, or buy the wood myself. F***king charming I know. Ended up going to B&Q and getting the wood or else I‚Äôd have no bed. Also diamant√© missing on head board. Mattress is far from memory foam (will have to go to more costs as it‚Äôs brutal to sleep on) honestly don‚Äôt waste your hard earned cash like we did thinking it was a great deal. Plenty of genuine ones around now. Hope this Actual Honest Review helps others
