ITS HERE!! The biggest thing happening in England this week, the only thing anyone talks or cares about. . . ITS BRUNCH TAPAS!!! • Ok we know that’s not entirely true, with think the ball to foot World Cup might have a little more press but nestled in between is brunch tapas, today!

We've been to Epicure for brunch on a few occasions which never disappoints. However this was something new as the Epicure team venture into an evening menu. Epicure are onto a winner here I hope, the food was amazing! This quality of food and level of service would not be out of place in a major city never mind Huddersfield! Well done Simon and the rest of the Epicure team, look forward to seeing you all again soon!

We absolutely loved this place - Having just moved to Huddersfield we’re so happy to have found a restaurant that does a good brunch, a good gin, and a good dinner menu.

Sorry, meant to write this sooner. My husband and I had dinner here a couple of Fridays ago and it was absolutely stunning. The attention to detail was 5 star! And it tasted just as good as it looked. Massive compliments to the chef. Really stunning food and outstanding value for money. We finished the evening off with a couple of very tasty Gins from a huge selection. Lovely atmosphere and the staff were lovely. I actually thought the two ladies that were working must have owned it because they really seemed to care about our experience...they're a real credit to the owner. Thank you for a fab night, highly recommended.

Our first visit to Epicure, they were having a Tapas themed night tonight. The food was exceptional, a little higher priced than a traditional tapas but soooo worth it. Great selection of beers (Magic Rock :) ) and wine, service was great, very friendly and passionate about the food they serve. Loved it! Will definitely return x

I've been plenty of times here now and never had a bad experience. Great coffee if you like fresh pour over and probably the best espresso-based coffee in the area.



Staff are always friendly and helpful - once they brought me behind the bar and pulled multiple espressos to show me how it worked and how its extracted.



Food is fantastic. What I like the most is the changing event based menu's. You can always come here and have a favorite, or try something new. Its always cooked fresh and i've had some of the tastiest food.



Price is very fair for what you get. It can be on the less expensive side if you want, or it can be more expensive if you want to try some more experimental dishes. However, you get what you pay for as they say.



All in all, a fantastic place to come for a morning coffee to catch up on emails, lunch, or even evening food with their after-hours menus.



A highly ambitious project for Simon (the owner) who has brought something special to huddersfield which is previously only available further away like leeds or sheffield. The work that's put into this place is obvious and it's good to support this enthusiasm, especially for those interested in genuinely good coffee and good food.



I also fully recommend their in-house coffee training sessions if that's your thing.

Great evening meal. The dishes were so creative and unlike anything I’ve tried in the area. We did go for brunch too but obviously its a very sought after place, and they struggled with service for the number of diners in (though I will say that they did it all with a polite smile) victim of their own brunch success perhaps?! Parked in the market hall multi story and walked along. Didn’t cost much at all. Well done guys

First visit today went for breakfast with my daughter.. I had French toast.. oh my word is was so amazing each mouthful was blisss!!.. my daughter had freshly squeezed orange juice again that was amazing.. service decor and food were the best... this will not be my last visit..

Blown away with delicious food. I could not fault anything. We had a great selection of small plates between us ... the hake and brisket were superb ... small but adequate wine list good drinks menu.

Waitress was lovely and quietly atttentive ...

Cracking little plate of chicken livers on toast, Gert enjoyed her bubble and squeak with halloumi, nice IPA too!

Been here tonnes of times now for different food nights, lunch and my most favourite is brunch! Amazing coffee, French toast and pancakes � staff are all very friendly too.

Amazing food, starter of gluten free bhaji scotch egg and carrot and pistachio soup excellent, followed by mouthwatering steak with unbelievable chips and cod in crispy pancetta with parsley sauce and the best out of season asparagus, with Sardinian sauvignon wine really worth

A visit, puddings and coffees on the way.

Absolutely amazing, the waitress was really attentive, for a limited menu the food was spot on each thing we ordered were beautiful.

Definitely going to tell people about this place.

Visited here today for a Mother’s Day treat with my daughters and granddaughter. A table in the window would have been lovely as we had a table booked but not to be.

I wanted white wine and soda top, they don’t stock soda but I was offered a bottle of sparkling water instead. Alas no wine list or choice of wine offered.

There was no children’s menu for our little one (2yrs 4months). We asked for a child’s version of mac and cheese but this was served with the adults version black pudding?� very strange indeed! The little one tried it, but didn’t like it.

we had to request cutlery and condiments after our food arrived. The burgers, chicken burger and chips were the best we have had.

A lovely venue for adults but not for young children.

The staff just need to be a little more on the ball and this would have been perfect.

I would avoid Sunday brunch, it's packed and very, very noisy, had to ask to order ourbreakfast, and now waited 40 minutes and it's still not out despite gently explaining we have a train to catch. They need to increase their staff numbers to accommodate. Shame. Food was good when it came.
