Went above and beyond excellent service for our daughter's wedding meal. They provided an extensive menu for vegans (as The Happy Couple are) and wonderful food for all of us. Generously gave a bouquet of flowers and a balloon too! Absolutely fantastic!

We went here for our small wedding meal and everything was absolutely excellent. It started with a surprise bunch of flowers and congratulatory balloon waiting for us on the table. The service was perfect throughout, and they even catered for us two vegans who were there too, not just giving us a vegan option, but actually creating a whole vegan menu for us to choose from and the food was to die for. It couldn't have been any more perfect and we will definitely be returning for our anniversary, but hopefully a lot sooner than that! Thanks, Eric's. Joey & Erin

We had Sunday lunch yesterday, plenty of beef on the plate and from starters though to dessert it was first class!

We enjoyed a delicious meal at Eric's last night with friends - the best dining experience we've had in the region for some time. We were looking forward to it very much and it exceeded expectations in many respects. We will be returning soon.

Visited this restaurant last evening for the first time (01/06/18) and I have to say that from the moment we walked in it felt good. The food was lovely, served on hot plates/dishes and temptingly presented. Furthermore, the customer service was excellent and I would particularly like to thank Johnny who was very attentive and good at his job. He will succeed at what ever he chooses to do..... He has just "got it". It is so refreshing to receive good customer service in this day and age, especially from one so young. Love the place �

The food at Eric’s is always fabulous! Beautifully presented, good quality and the staff are very attentive. We went yesterday for Fathers Day brunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. I’ll be back!

Not the cheapest of places to go but the food is excellent and they do not scimp on portions. Staff are attentive and very pleasant. Would recommend this place with no qualms.

Never disappointed when we visit Eric’s. Popped over last minute to celebrate receiving some good news, 3 courses for £25 each, every course wonderful with a great selection to chose from, the desserts I could have eaten them all! Great attentive service from both the young people serving, definitely 5 stars!

My wife and I had Sunday lunch at Eric’s yesterday and were totally blown away with the quality of food they had to offer. The service was second to none as was the wine, a fantastic selection to suit everyone. This was our first visit and we enjoyed it so much we re-booked on our way out. Keep up the good work.

Had an amazing time on Monday at Eric's. Went for the Easter brunch menu and it was all delicious. We had our friends from Belgium over and couldn't have enjoyed it more! I have to say, as well as the food being fabulous the background music choice was very enjoyable!

Had an amazing morning at the Easter Bunny Brunch ��: a three course meal of brioche French toast, maple pancakes and chocolate brownie is my idea of Heaven. I had looked forward to it for six weeks and it was even better than I'd hoped. Just book a meal there; you'll be in for a huge treat!

Had a meal with my family this weekend. I have lots of food intolerances, they dealt with my requirments in a friendly and proffesional way, and delivered really delicious food. A great atmosphere, great food and wine. We all had a lovely evening. Thank you. :)

Eric's has been one of my favourite restaurants since friends introduced me to his delicious cusine a number of years ago. I was looking forward to celebrating my birthday there last night and the food did not disappoint. What was a little sad was the rather petulant response to my starter being luke warm. The replacement was so hot it was dangerous. Indeed the plate still required cloths to be used when clearing away!

Best place I have ever eaten, the food is first class! Every part of it was fantastic and they made my mums 70th birthday so special - above and beyond and very much appreciated.

Been to Erics many times, our most recent visit being for our 10th Wedding Anniversary a few days ago, and once again we weren't disappointed. The food is out of this world, everything cooked and pesented to perfection. The food here is truly amazing. The staff are so friendly, helpful and attentive. I also love the new decor. Has a very classy feel, but still cosy and intimate. Feel very fortunate to have such a good restaurant on our doorstep. I can't wait for our next visit.

Absolutely the best afternoon tea I’ve ever tasted today! The savoury dishes were so delicious and the cakes & scones were just perfection! Eric’s never fails to disappoint....incredible food in an elegant, luxurious setting.

Me and my husband were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary at Eric’s after reading fantastic reviews we thought we would give it a try. The food was lovely but we thought the service was rushed. We had only just finished our main course and before my husbands had taken his last bite, our plates were taken away. Also I thought the tables were too close together which made us feeling a little penned in and we could clearly hear other tables conversations as you were so close. Not sure if it’s worth another visit.
