My lovely Lyndsey has been looking after my hair for 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She's friendly, experienced and knows everything there is to know about hair. She has become a good friend as well as my hairdresser. And we have such a laugh. Thank you Lyndsey xx

Lindsey did an amazing job of my hair! I got a full head of highlights, cut and a french plat across my fringe for a fabulous £40. I thought the salon was clean, welcoming and professional with a great range of good music. Lindsey booked me in at very short notice and I will definitely be coming back.

It is like a pleasant day out for me and I go home feeling fabulous. Lindsey is so easy to get along with, you can trust her with your hair. If you want something different she advises and if she says it won't suit you but another style will. Trust her advice she certainly knows her ladies. The best hair salon I've been to. She is always welcoming,kind and funny. Most of all Lindsey is a very nice and funny lady. You'd be mad not to give this salon a go. I look forward to going and I know I'll go home looking and feeling top notch.

I've just moved to otley and I saw over the road from me was this hairdressers so I went over to book an appointment with my doggy and the staff were fantastic she let me bring my doggy with me while I had my hair done. so happy will be going back.x thanks both of you.xx

I had a groupon voucher for a manicure and was a little nervous about going as I felt so cheeky with my voucher!! However no need to feel uneasy the lady who did my nails (the owner) was so lovely and chatty and also very skilled at what she does. Really lovely experience - will be telling all my friends :) needless to say I will be heading back!

Had a keratin treatment here with a Groupon voucher and it was the best one I've had anywhere. Lasted about 5 months. Great service.

After 35 years of going to a barber what a pleasure to come out having had the best haircut I’ve had before. Highly recommended, Lindsay is fantastic, so much so my wife is having hers done next week!

A lovely shellac mani today,very smart and was efficiently done. Coffee and lots of chat in a relaxed atmosphere. Made even nicer by having lindsey the owners nice dog to fuss! Would really recommend.

Terrible experience. Paid 29.00 for groupon voucher for full highlights cut and blow dry. Never had the cut or blow dry and was still charged an unreasonable 20.00 surcharge for hair that was done by a trainee. Hair looks like it has six weeks growth already because the lights are that far away from the root. The owner clearly resents customers using groupon vouchers and this was apparent from me observing very abrupt customer service when customers were ringing to say they had purchased them. Owner was heard to say "people just want something for nothing" which is very poor. The foils were pulled off prematurely and could tell they were done very cheaply. Through my choice and timescale I backed out of the cut and blow dry but thought this would have reduced the surcharge considering the full service was not given. Is this woman actually qualified!!
