How much water do you drink? Do you know you drink enough? Do you drink any at all???
I can’t even express how important water is for your body, it keeps everything flowing and keeps you hydrated.
... Today I‚Äôve not had nearly enough water and I honestly can tell. As soon as I started drinking this I could feel it rehydrating my body üòÇ I know it sounds dramatic but you know on a morning when you wake up and take your first drink and you can feel running through your body? Thats what it felt like. I already feel better for drinking this! Clearly I needed it.
Drink as much water as you possibly can throughout the day and I promise you your body will thank you! You will see changes from your skin to your general health.

I didn‚Äôt have time to go to the gym today and do a heavy workout from my @fitoeberg plan, so I did a quick glute focused workout in the studio. For this I did use my weights for the deadlift and hip thrusts, and a @gracefituk resistance band. If you don‚Äôt have access to these you can always swap deadlift for squat bounces etc. If you keep your rests short this quickly becomes a knackering HIIT workout too. I didn‚Äôt have much time but if you do then this is a good one to d...o high reps on. Rep it out until you can‚Äôt do anymore! Keep your rests short and feel the burn. My handwriting on this board is terrible I apologise. This is a KILLER HIIT workout finishing with abs. Can easily be done in under 30 minutes and can be done at home too! The only thing I used was a step box and a weight, if you have no equipment you can swap the exercises around. . So:... 10 seconds of each exercise with 10 seconds rest x5 rounds. So this is 10 sec burpee 10 sec step up 10 sec rest then repeat that 5 times. Then have a 1 minute rest before repeating the same on the next set of exercises. Quick and hard work! Exercise is ALWAYS easier with a friend (especially cardio) Super proud of my girls (and myself) for smashing this or similar workouts do far this week! . If you’re wondering how can a workout this short be good for me? Try it and you will see how tiring these sorts of workouts can be. When you’re doing HIIT and lots of jumping I don’t recommend you do hours of it because it has high impact on your bones and joints. Mix a couple of these a week with weight lifting sessions or whatever else you’re already doing or even as a starting/introduction to exercise if you don’t already do anything. I promise they’re more fun than forcing yourself to go for a run.

This is my daughters website so I don't want this review to sound like a biased one but i had my first PT session in Pontefract park this morning with Evie. Really impressed with the workout that she had set up for us and explained everything that we had to do, it was simple to follow and I could really feel it at the end. I am immensely proud of what Evies achieved so far and can only see things getting better and to be honest it's inspired me to get off my backside to do something. I got up nice and early did the class and now I feel really good, I feel I'm set up for the day. Well done Evie x
I’ve had 5 PT sessions with Evie so far and have lost 5.5lb in 2 weeks!! I’m really unfit - she pushes me and goes at my pace. She’s a very down to earth girl and when the 12 sessions are up I will definitely be booking more! Xxx
I've had a few sessions with Evie and absolutely love it! I've not exercised since having children and was very conscious of my size and what I could do which is why i hated thought of a gym! Evie put me straight at ease and works me hard but within my limits! I now look forward to my sessions weekly and seeing what's in store for me. Would recommend Evie to anyone and will be definatly booking another block of sessions when these are finished x

I had my first PT session with Evie today in her studio. It was really good and I would definitely recommend!
I'm really unfit and Evie went with my speed and let me rest when needed.
She explained everything well and demonstrated thoroughly. She had lots of equipment and the room was a great size.
Evie created a personal workout on a board to suit me from the questionnaire I had filled out beforehand.
I'll definitely be coming back ÔøΩÔøΩ

Had my 4th session with Evie today and I am already starting to feel abit fitter and better about myself. I had so much anxiety about starting with a PT thinking I would be judged for being so unfit, and with Evie it is the complete opposite! She understands everyone has different fitness levels, and pushes you to work the hardest you can, but without working out of your limits. From day one she has made me feel comfortable, as she has been through the same journey, so she understands how tough it is.
Every session is tough, but I feel 100% better after going. Will definitely be booking more when my 12 block is up ÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩ
First PT session with Evie. Absolutely loved it. Hard work but had everything explained to me about each muscle group that was worked with each exercise. Will definitely be making this a regular session! 5 *
