User

I don’t think I need to say anymore. Available in the farm shop Now. Watch it been made, only half the fat of most ice creams. Try before you buy!

PYO - there are still a few Strawberries to find, but the extreme heat has not helped. However we now have loads and loads of the sweetest raspberries you could wish to fine. £7.99 per kg. No entrance fee. Fresh raspberries are gorgeous.

User

Competition. This is our new Gelato machine, we are going to start making our own 20 flavours next week. To win 3 litres of your own flavour, all you have to do is 1) suggest a good name for our machine, and 2) If you had to pick your favourite favourite flavour, what would it be. If we can make it for you that’s the one you will win. We’re making Gelato because it’s lower in fat, more flavoursome and softer than ice cream.
What’s your thought?

Funerals - did you know we have an upstairs room that can cater for up to 150 guests. Looking out over the fields we can tailor pretty much anything to your requirements. We understand this is a challenging time and always offer you one of our senior team to help with the personalisation this time requires. Email info@farmercopleys.co.uk or telephone 01977600200 if you would like to discuss anything further.

Fantastic day today at the farm, I’ve spent the day cutting my hay ( so it’s guaranteed to rain ). We’ve also found time to celebrate Pam working here for 10 years. Pam is my rock (book-keeper). Pam keeps us all on our toes making sure the t’s are crossed and i’s dotted. Thank you Pam for everything. We’ve treated her to a trip to Rudding Park. (She loves a spa day).

User

Does anybody know anybody locally with peafowl, my Peacock (Indian Blue), could do with some female companionship.

User

Well I’m having this for the last day this year. Did you know we always stop picking Asparagus on the longest day. We leave it to grow into Ferns so it can retain and grow its energy for next year.
At least we’ve still got Strawberries and Gooseberries

User

It’s our Festival at the farm Sunday, loads of stalls, games, displays and fun. We are also going to show the England game. I know we booked the date first, but the World Cup is on too. So we have decided to put the game on in a marquee so you’ve no excuses. It’s upto you. Free entry all round.

All the fun of the farm

User

We spent Fathers day here strawberry picking and visiting animals and the farm shop. It was a wonderful day out and the strawberries taste delicious.

User

We attended the Royal Wedding Afternoon Tea Party and from start to finish it was amazing!!

The tables were beautifully decorated and everyone had a great view of a TV screen. We had a constant flow of Tea's and Coffee's and The buffet was delicious and replenished frequently.

The staff were so pleasant and worked tirelessly throughout the afternoon to make sure everything ran smoothly - Nothing was too much trouble for them.

We were speaking to a lovely gentleman and it wasn't until near the end of our conversation that we learnt it was the "original" Mr Copley, Such a lovely, down to earth fellow and a well run, family friendly farm. 5 STARS from us

User

Visited for first time on Friday , Had a lovely lunch , Then went into the shop and bought some lovely meat and veg. This won't be my only visit. Happy friendly staff too.

User

Took some out of town visitors with us today and Fantastic food ( as usual) + lots of goodies from the farm shop to “do” at home . Funny how we take this little gem for granted just because it’s on our door step. Always made to feel welcome, consistently good service and lots of community events. 5*

User

The meal was sublime and the cheesecake was to die for. A truly lovely meal even though our son couldn't eat a pudding he soon made light work of my wife's chocolate dessert.

Lovely day today with our son for Father’s Day. Lovely walk round the machinery and great to pick your own strawberries. We live 45 minutes away so it’s not on our doorstep but we would come back for the events they have planned.

User

I love Farmer Copleys.

I have taken my nephews etc and now I have the chance to bring my grandson along too.

The place is always being adapted and improved.

Just a pleasure to go see the animals and have a cuppa or lunch.

Food is not cheap but is superb local produce turned into fabulous food.

Keep up the good work.

User

Had a delicious meal this afternoon with my parents as an early Mother's Day treat. The cafe was super busy but the service and food was brilliant. Annoyingly when we got back to my car I realised I had somehow left my lights on and the battery was flat. I went back to the cafe to see if anyone could help and the very kind front of house man along with half of the kitchen staff pushed my car off and got it going. Could not be more appreciative of how they went above and beyond to help me when they could have just told me to ring my break down provider. Many thanks.

User

Plus tiny cake tea coffee thought the pastries would be home made but not !!! Battenburg !!!! What’s that about £14/99 far far too expensive for what we got will not be going again oh tiny pot mouse dissapointed to say the least come on Copley’s better quality food and more of it three sandwich 4 tiny cakes !!! Not worth £15

User

Went to cafe moo for a steak pie, 2 pieces of meat the size of sugar cubes was the content of the pie, so basically my £9 got me some chips, mint sauce and a pastry! Cracking

User

I was so disappointed in the strawberries today. I've been bringing my daughter and niece for three years now. Normally the field is full of plants. We had to search so hard to find any decent strawberries. We abandoned the picking after an hour

User

We go to copleys every week and it's been hit and miss for a while now but yesterday was definitely a big miss!! We started by ordering 2 lots of pancakes one gf one not and drinks... drinks arrive and 15/20minutes later they come over and say "we are really sorry but we don't do gf anymore" so we changes to an omelette... another wait and the food arrives and the omelette is fine but my pancakes were cold ,like rubber and have a really strange after taste, I told the Waitress who offered me a replacement but it was now the lunch Menu (we arrived at 10.45 and it wasn't very busy)

I ordered Welsh rarebit which came burnt, on a small plate piled high with salad so every time I cut it everything fell off the plate!!and as it came 20 minutes after my friend had finished her food I was sat eating while she was sat waiting... not good at all!!!
